I didn't want to wake up, go potty, get dressed, or eat breakfast this morning.  I was not happy and there was nothing anyone could do to help me get out of my bad mood.  I was okay during the drive to school because Barbara told me stories.  But the minute I stepped inside my school, I started crying and clinging to Barbara.  She hated leaving me in that shape but I have to learn I won't get my way all the time.
Miss Elizabeth told Barbara I was okay in just a few minutes and I really did have a good day.  I ate all of the lunch Barbara packed for me and I had a bowl of Fiber One cereal when I got home.

GGM made some banana nut bread and I liked the smell it made.  There is a lot of baking going on at the Tomball house now that we have an oven.

I wanted to watch Little Red Tractor on the iPad and in just a few minutes I was asleep.  I slept for almost three hours.  Everybody took a little nap.

Barbara made a chicken and rice concoction and I gobbled it down.  I still have times I won't eat much but give me a few hours and I get hungry and want to eat.

Barbara took me home to Mommy, who was doing laundry.  Barbara left and Mommy watched me ride my scooter.

Monday, July 29, 2013

I slept all night and when Barbara took my temperature it was normal and it stayed that way all day.  I was more active in my play than I had been all weekend.
I left Monk Monk at home so I went through my stuffed animal collection at Barbara's home and found four to animals to replace Monk Monk.  One of them was Mr. Bill, which is the crocheted clown my mommy used for comfort when she was a baby.
GGM, Barbara, and I went to Walgreens and Wal-Mart to get me a new medium size rubber bouncy ball.  The purple one we have used every day for weeks is missing.  We have all scoured the house several times and it is no where to be found.  It is a real mystery.  Walgreens had none.  Wal-Mart had two, both of them were pink.  Well, I really didn't care, but we decided we would get one and it would belong to GGM.   When Walgreens or Wal-Mart get more we will look for a better color.  I have had red, blue, and purple.  The red one died from thorn bites in the Knock-out roses.  We use our ball pump on the blue one but it goes flat quickly.  The purple one was doing great until it went into hiding.

I helped GGM and Barbara work on an adult puzzle.  I put in about 20 pieces, which means my name will go on the box saying I helped work it this time.  The puzzle we just finished has been worked one time every year since 2002.
This picture shows our puzzles.  The 47 puzzles on the middle shelf are the ones we have worked this year.  We have 99 puzzles we have not worked yet this year.  My great-grand parents had over 200 before they moved to Tomball.   They generally work all of their puzzles one time every year.  This year they say they won't get them all worked this year because of  their big move and all of the remodeling and babysitting me.   But I am not a problem any more except that I want Barbara or GGM to play with me instead work a puzzle.   I do leave the puzzles alone.
I played with the sprinkler in the backyard.  GGM and Barbara both stayed outside with me even though it was 95 degrees out there.  I sort of misted them a time or two and that helped keep them cool.

Sunday, July 28, 2013

I woke up at 4am, thirsty and with a slight temperature.  Normally Barbara won't turn on the TV at night but since I am sick it does help keep me from thinking about how poorly I feel. Lately I have been watching Calliou, Dora the Explorer, and Go Diego Go on TV.  On the iPad I watch Oso and Fireman Sam.

Of course, Barbara was awake with me.  GGF woke up around that same time.  He got dressed and that made me want to get dressed.  I insisted on putting on a sweat shirt because GGF had on a sweater.  Nothing could be said to change my mind.  I also put on socks and my cowboy boots.  I finally fell asleep at 6am.  Barbara took off my boots, socks, and sweat shirt while I slept.  My schedule is all messed up.

I woke up at 8:45am with no fever and wanting to put on a sweat shirt.  I agreed to a long sleeved button down collar shirt instead.  I barely ate breakfast.
I helped GGM make two pie crusts.
I was careful to keep the dough in the bowl.
She made the pistachio filling by herself while Barbara and I played with some new apps on her iPad.

GGM fixed me some macaroni and cheese but I refused to eat.  Mommy finished her weekend of scrap booking with Grandma so she came to pick me up around 11am.  Around noon Barbara picked up Mommy and me and we drove to Grandma's lake home.

PaPa and Grandma would like to buy a different home, one they want to retire too.  So Andy went with us to look at several homes.  We found two that we really liked.  The MLS listing numbers for them are 15834045 and 23072994.  We got home soon after 5pm.  We were all very tired.  I was out of sorts but after I rested I decided to enjoy the evening.

I did not have a fever all day or if I did it was very low.  I behaved pretty well until the end of our house hunting.  Barbara gave me a Hot Wheels car as a prize for being a good boy.  She also gave me the last of the Proud Candy she had from my potty training, maybe ten pieces.

It had been a long weekend of having a fever, not seeing my mom or dad, and it had been a long day of house hunting so I was "cranky" in the evening.  I had a low fever so Mommy gave me some medicine.

Ever wonder why all the details are on my blog?  It is an easy way to let my Mommy, Daddy, Mimz, Barbara, and everyone else know what is happening in my life when they are not with me.  They just hit a couple buttons on their iPhones and they can read my blog.

When I fell asleep last night at 9:15pm my temperature was 101.4  At 11pm my temp was 100.
I woke up at 3am and it was 101.1
First thing I said was "Calliou can touch the bottom (of swimming pool)"
I asked Barbara to get me a drink.  I said I would stay in bed while she got it and I would watch for bad guys.  This policeman/bad guys talk all goes back to my friend Luke.  His dad is a policeman. Until I met him I didn't know anything about guns, bad guys, jail, handcuff, etc.

Barbara gave me a sippie of diluted apple juice and some Ibuprofen.
At 4am my temp was 101.4  I said my throat and stomach hurt.  I needed to throw up and poop, neither of which happened.   I wanted to get up and play house, but I laid in bed and watched Calliou instead.  I finally fell asleep at 5am.
At 7:30am I was still asleep.  My temperature was 99.6. I slept until 9:30am and my temperature was 99.4.  I woke up happy and was busy trying to get a little gunk out of my nose.

Andy and PaPa came over to visit me. PaPa put out some stuff to get rid of cinch bugs.  While he did that Andy and GGf played a game of pool.
I watch and helped.  I got in trouble for moving the balls around.  Andy said he was sorry for getting on to me.  Now I know that during a game I can't move balls on a pool table.  Andy barely beat GGF.  Andy also beat PaPa when they played a game.

I showed PaPa how I could spell my name.

GGF, Barbara and I went to Mel's Diner for lunch.  It was crowded and very noisy.  The food was very good.  $35 for two meals and a coffee and tip.  PaPa like his grilled fish, shrimp, and okra.  Barbara liked her fried catfish.  I ate lots of cornbread and cabbage, and some okra and green beans.  I would not try either fish even though we know I like it.  I was well behaved, which is normal for me.  I don't think I have ever misbehaved in public.

I wanted to go to sleep in the car, but Barbara and GGF kept me talking and awake.  I had to give them directions to get us home.

I did take a short nap and woke up with a 101.5 temperature.  Medicine brings my temperature down but it goes back up in a few hours.  When my temperature is up I want to lay around and either watch TV or use the iPad.

Around 6pm I decided I was hungry and I ate two pancakes.  I played in tub full of bubbles and I like having the shower fall on me.  Just a month ago, there was no way I would have let the shower be turned on.  I am growing up fast.

My temperature was 101 at 8:30pm so I took another dose of Ibuprofen.  I laid in bed playing with some new Toca Boca apps on our iPad.   It was almost 10pm before I fell asleep.

I was happy all day except for that one time Andy got on to me for messing with the billiard balls.

Friday, July 26, 2013

I woke up with a 100 degree temperature.  I took some Ibuprofen and that brought it down to normal.  I ate my grits then I ate Barbara's grits for breakfast.  Because it is going to get up to 100 degrees outside I played outside for about 30 minutes with GGF, GGM, and Barbara all watching me.  I rode my motorcycle (plasma car) and played fireman too.

Inside I helped Barbara take apart a jigsaw puzzle.  I helped pick out the next puzzle the adults will work.  Then Barbara agreed to play a kids game.  We didn't play long before I ran out of pep and I laid down.
Barbara snapped this picture soon after I laid down...
and this picture was taken one minute later.  I fell asleep around 9:15am and slept for three hours.

The second thing I said today after that nap was, "Pops can come down from Heaven and watch over me.  He can't play with me, but I can show him my toys.  Does he know this house?"  I often ask Mimz about Pops, like asking when he can come back from Heaven.  Mimz does her best to explain the situation to me.  She thinks there is a real connection between Pops and me.

I didn't eat much lunch.  I played a lot today, but I also rested many times.  My fever didn't get above 101.4 and a dose of Ibuprofen always brought my temperature down.

After my nap we played house and storm for almost two hours.  Most of that time we were sitting in our little house on the sofa so we were not real active.   I watched video clips of me as a baby.  That made me laugh.

I asked Barbara if she knew what I was going to be when I grew up.  She guessed a cowboy fireman.  I told her, "No, just a regular fireman."

I like to go down a check list of things I need to do, like:  get dressed, check, eat breakfast, check, brush teeth, play outside, check, play fireman, check.   Barbara says that sounds like something Uncle Andy would do.

One time I told Barbara I needed to throw up, so I stood over the toilet and nothing happened.  Mimz suggested we have a bucket handy in case I get sick and don't have time to get to the bathroom.
I have only thrown up on three occasions my entire life, I think.  Well, other than tiny baby spit-up but that doesn't count.

Daddy is in Galveston this weekend with a group of friends from high school.  Mommy and Grandma are scrap booking so I am spending the weekend with my great grandparents and Barbara.

GGM and I had a tea party.  She got me to eat a bowl of grits and a honey sandwich and drink some fresh water.  They think it is funny that I ask for "fresh" water, as if they would give me any other kind.  After the tea party we went outside for a short time.  I was ready to come inside after just a few minutes of riding my scooter.
I loved playing in a tub full of bubbles!

I had a 101 temperature so at 8:30pm I was given some more Ibuprofen.  At 9pm I was given some Mucinex.  I was feeling worse at that time than I had all day. I was cold and had goose bumps.  I had a "frog in my throat" but it didn't hurt.
I haven't complained about my ears or my throat hurting.  I don't complain at all except to sometimes say I am sick and look forlorn.
After dinner, I wanted to lay on the sofa and we didn't have any small blankets downstairs, so I covered up with a towel.
Right before falling asleep I was playing with a new iPad app.  I was asleep by 9:15.  Barbara took my temperature while I was asleep.   101.4 which is the highest so far.  Mimz told her that my fever seems to get worse at night... and it is.  Mimz is on-call if she is needed.

Thursday, July 25, 2013

I coughed a lot during the night but I woke up happy and ready to eat breakfast.  I told Mimz I didn't want to go to school but I was okay getting dressed and went to school anyway.

This morning Mimz and I were talking about how I used a crib when I was a baby but how now I like my big boy bed.  I said I knew that when I woke up, if I called out, Mimz would come to me.

Mimz was putting sheets in the washing machine and I told her I wanted Monk to have a bath, so he went into the machine.  Yesterday Barbara asked me a couple of times if she could put Monk Monk in the washing machine for a bath.  I said no both times.  I guess today, since it was my idea, I was willing.  I do like being in charge.

Oh Dear!  Mimz got a bad report today when she picked me up from school.  It seems I broke a bunch of crayons.  Miss Melody talked to Mimz about it.  They talked about me coming to school three days a week starting this fall.  That is usual progression because next year is PreK and the next year is a 5 day program to prepare for Kindergarten.  Miss Melody told her I am certainly ready .  She also said I am always happy at school.  I do have a few bad moments, but not many.  Next year my teachers name would Miss Annette.

When Mimz and later when Barbara talked with me about the crayon incident, I told them I was going to keep doing it.  They tried to explain to me why that would not be a good idea.

Barbara met Mimz and me at the school around 3pm.  On the trip home Barbara used the word "balance" and I asked her what that was.  She explained it and I said, "like our block balance beam we made months ago.  Can we make another one."  I have a very good memory.
We made a little balance beam as soon as we got home.
I told Barbara I could spell my name, M-a-s-o-n and I did.  I generally just recognize it written or know what it is when I hear someone else spell it.

I played all afternoon but it was quieter than I normal play.  I listened to a couple books on the iPad, and watched a couple of TV shows.  I did not take a nap.

Since Mommy's elliptical is at our house, Mommy wants to ride on it after work before she comes to get me.  While Barbara and I were waiting for Mommy to arrive, Barbara noticed I felt warm to her touch.  I had a 100.8 temperature.  I had been acting normally, just a bit quiet.

Mimz told Barbara to give me Mucinex to help thin out the mucus and Ibuprophen for the fever.  Several times today I told Mimz I was tired.    I took both medicines "easy peasey."  Sometimes I will not take medicine no matter what they try.   I guess Barbara just has the right touch.

Daddy picked me up at 6:40 and took me home to Mommy.   I was asleep before 8:30pm.

Wednesday, July 24, 2013

The rash on my lower left leg is not any better, but it is not any worse.  Mimz suggested applying cortisone cream so that is what Barbara has done.
I agreed to eat breakfast and brush my teeth before we started playing.  Then it was non-stop fireman except for the time GGM, Barbara, and I went to the grocery store.

I told Barbara I wanted to be called Fireman Mason all day.  She had a hard time remembering.  I always remembered to remind her when she just called me Mason.
In this picture I took my pants and boots off together so I could pretend to sleep and when the alarm sounded I could step into my boots and pull up my pants in one motion before running to answer the fire alarm.  One disappointing thing: Since Mommy took her elliptical to her house, I don't have a fireman's pole.  I sure miss it.  Nothing else works as well.

Mimz had arranged a play date with Jeffery at the neighborhood pool for 6pm.  I really had fun playing with Jeffery.   We had a late dinner and I ate two big helping of carrots.  I ate breakfast and lunch well, so I guess I am not getting sick.

I watched Fireman Sam and before Mimz could read me a story, I was asleep by 8:30.  No nap today and I was worn out from so much playing.

Tuesday, July 23, 2013

I started to whine that I didn't want to go to school and explained that I didn't want Barbara to leave me.  She explained that I go to school so I can play with children and learn new things.  She would be there to pick me up at the end of school.  I was okay on the trip to school partly because Barbara told me stories the entire trip.

Barbara and GGF picked me up before 1pm.  We stopped at Mommy's house to get my fireman's gear.  I put it all on as soon as we arrived at Barbara's home.  I wore it all afternoon and played fireman the entire time, until I decided it would be fun to take a shower in GGF walk-in tub.
It is like a shower for kids, just my size.
When GGM woke up from a nap, I played like she was a camel and I had fun trying to stay on the hump.
 I won that contest.
I can get pretty wild and know that someone will save me.
I was acting a little tired, but didn't want to lay down.  I've coughed some, and sneezed some, and have a rash on my leg.  Everyone hopes I am not getting sick.

I keep asking what things are or mean: bookmark, stacked, "in good shape," are a few things we talked about today.

After Mommy and I got home, I rode my bike around the cul-de-sac with Carter.

Monday, July 22, 2013

I woke up with a stuffy nose.  I didn't want eat or go outside, so I just played fireman inside.

Things changed when Mimz got a phone call inviting us to met Jeffery at the park.  I perked up and we packed up the car and even loaded my bike and headed to the park.  I played hard with Jeffery until it was time to go to my swim lesson.

I had a great lesson and fell asleep on the way home.
I wanted to wear all of my fireman's gear in the car to meet Barbara but Mimz convinced me it would be too hot, so as soon as I got to Barbara's we rushed into the bedroom to get me dressed up to surprise GGM and GGF.  They were glad to have a fireman in the house who was ready for action.
Daddy and I went over to big Mason's house to visit.  I got to wear his orange construction helmet.  Big Mason wore his yellow one.

Sunday, July 21, 2013

Daddy, JC, Mommy and I went over to Barbara's to get Mommy's elliptical to bring it to our home.  I was determined to help move it, so Mommy had to hold me back so I didn't get in the way.  I did get to help carry the pad it sets on out to the truck.  I also took home my basketball goal and basketball.  Now I can show my parents how well I can play catch.
Mimz had a great time at a bridal shower for Lilly.  The girls in the picture are: Lacey, Lilly, Mimz, Kathy, Landry, and Lyndsey.

Saturday, July 20, 2013

Mommy, Daddy, and I drove up to the lake to swim in Grandma's swimming pool.
After swimming, I rested while playing with an iPad.

GGF spent part of the day hanging more pictures at his home.

Friday, July 19, 2013

I said I wanted pancakes for breakfast, but then I saw GGF had something on his toast that I wanted to try, so I had toast with apple butter on it.  I had grits and milk too.

I know how to spell my name, STOP, GO, and NO.

GGM made what looked like a cookie so I took a big bite.  It was not sweet, it was spicy.  Turns out it was Pecan Cheddar Cheese Crips and I found them to be too hot for me.

I put a couple of my fingers in a can of enamel paint.  By the end of the day it was all rubbed off.
I spent the day outside, most of the time I was across the street working with Brad.  Barbara sat outside watching us, so Brad didn't feel like he was babysitting and he knew to send me home anytime.  I came home anytime Brad turned on anything with a motor, like the lawn mower or a power saw, but as soon as the motor went off, I ran back to help him.
We measured and cut some boards.  He calls me his "work buddy."
Video of me working.
I played with the hose a couple of times to cool off. At the end of the day, I was so dirty I had to take a shower in GGF walk-in tub.
I was tired when Daddy picked me up around 8pm, but that did not stop me from working while I waited for him.
My scooter was broken (pretend) and I had to tow it into the garage to fix it.
I played hard all day and did not stop for a nap.  This was a fun day and only a couple of times was Time Out threatened.  That threat generally is enough to help me stop some unacceptable behavior.

Thursday, July 18, 2013

Before school I did some work on my bike.  It had a flat tire.  (a pretend flat tire).

I didn't want to go to school, but Mimz told me a good story on the way there and that did the trick and I went in to my class just fine.   My tennis shoes are missing, so I wore sandals.

I had a good day at school.  Barbara asked me if I could tell her why I had a problem with going to school yesterday.  I told her I didn't want her to leave me alone.  We talked about how I was with friends and teachers that like me and want to spend time with me.  And that Mimz or Barbara or my parents will always come pick me up when school is over.  I said I understood and would not have that problem again.

Barbara thinks she is pretty smart.  I noticed that the last two times she has picked me up she has brought me a sippie filled with juice and Monk Monk, with the intent that I will be busy drinking and won't ask her to tell me stories for the length of time it takes me to empty the cup.  The only problem with that is that I can drink a sippie pretty fast so I am asking for stories long before we are home.

Barbara and I played upstairs just like yesterday.  I enjoyed us playing in my toy room and playing with new apps on the iPad.   I got sleepy and I laid down.  If I don't fall asleep very quickly, I will be back up playing and that means no nap for either of us, which is what happened today.
GGM and I played fireman outside with the hose, but before we went outside, she took my picture.
I told her to take another picture with my fireman's mask on.

Video is of GGF and me playing with a ball on the stairs...well, we were at the bottom of the stairs, tossing the ball up the stairs.  They object of the game was for me to catch the ball on its trip back down.

Wednesday, July 17, 2013

It was a regular day.  I saw a picture of a kid's fire truck and I oh so want it.  Barbara said I am getting to big for it and very soon I will only want to ride on my big bikes.  I told her I really am still just a little kid, not a big boy.

Barbara and I played quietly upstairs in my toy room most of the morning.  Occasionally we would play fireman and my great grandparents could here me running full blast to put out a blaze.

At my swim lesson I swam the length of the pool with Miss Sherrie's help.   I was practicing coming up for air.  I had a couple of rest stops but I am sooo much better than I was a couple of months ago.  A big part of the lesson was spent practicing turning over onto my back to float.  I have done it successfully several times but I still need lots of practice.  My diving leaves a lot to be desired, but just give me time and I will be a really good swimmer.
Mimz and I went directly to the park after my lesson.  I met a boy named Jeffery, who will be four next month.  We ran and played well together.  Mimz got his mom's phone number so maybe we can meet and play together again.
Mimz took my picture sitting on the back on Daddy's friend's jet ski.

I played nicely all by myself this afternoon.  I ate a good dinner and enjoyed playing in the bath.  I sure was dirty after playing hard in the park. I never acted tired and did not take a nap.  It was a very good day.

Tuesday, July 16, 2013

I was happy going to school but as soon as I walked into my classroom I changed my tune.  I clung to Barbara and wanted to go back home.  Miss Elizabeth and Miss Melody were trying to bring me around to my normal happy self while Barbara left.  It took me about 15 minutes to get over whatever made me not want to be at school.  I enjoyed the rest of the day.

The rains we are having this week have made it cool enough for me to play in the garage.  Barbara has been parking her car in the driveway so I can have a big area to ride vehicles, play catch, and run around.  My great grandparents and Barbara can sit on the sofa to watch and play with me.

I played on the iPad a bunch and barely watched TV.  Barbara and I did a bunch of role playing, mostly fireman.  Barbara had hopes that she would get to take a nap when I laid down, but I only stayed down for two minutes.  I guess I just needed a bit of rest to be revived.

I will only play with my big letters for a short time before I lose interest and want to do something else.  I think GGM and Barbara are going to keep having them on hand to keep helping me recognize and understand the letters of the alphabet.
When we have a big hard rain I was again out in the garage and I was crazy to play in the rain, but we heard thunder so I was not aloud outside.

Mommy and I had to take an air mattress to a friend who needs one for a camping trip.  I fell asleep in the car and didn't wake up until morning.

July 15, 2013

reserved Monday
GGM, Barbara, and I play with my big letters and numbers.   I do lose interest quickly even when we are racing to get to a certain letter first.  But GGM and Barbara keep bringing them out so I will get some practice with letters and numbers.
(These pictures are out of order, but it takes to long for me to redo this page, so they are going to stay that way.  )   Late in the after noon most of the rain had stopped so I got to play out on the driveway.
Video of me playing in puddle
Another video of me running around in the rain.

Video of me at my swim lesson.

Another one.
After my swim lesson, GGM, Barbara, and I stopped near a construction site to watch the workers.  I especially liked watching the welders and the men walking on the top.  Some workers waved to me.

July 14, 2013

I went with Grandma, Mommy, Andy, and Kristan to look at some houses for sell.  PaPa thinks he would like to move.
My favorite cousin, Morgan, left for Camp Longhorn today for two weeks.  This is the sixth summer she has gone.   I hope I get to go to summer camp when I get bigger.

July 13, 2013

Mimz and I went over to the Finch's home to play with their three granddaughters in the swimming pool.

The girl's names are Ellie, Abigail, and Elise.  The three boy grandchildren were in Austin today.
We ate lunch on the patio.
Mommy and Daddy took me to the lake for more swim time.
Daddy and I do tricks.
Video of a trick.

July 12, 2013

First thing I wanted to do this morning was watch kids ride dirt bikes on the iPad.  I noticed that the kids always have on helmets.  I asked why the adults sometimes don't???

GGF had apple jelly on his toast and I tried it and like it, so I got two pieces of toast of my own with apple jelly on them.   It seems that if I will try a new food a few times, I will decide I like it.  The trick is to get me to eat those first few bites.

We measured me today.  42 inches tall and 37 1/2 pounds.
I play with the iPad more than I watch TV.  Barbara has been looking for apps to put on her iPad so I will have some fun things to do when we drive to Oklahoma for our two family reunions next month.  I surprise her by not wanting to do some of them that she thinks I will really enjoy.
I took a shower in GGF walk-in tub.
I used to be afraid of showers...
...not any more.

A funny thing:  We all know how I love vehicles of any kind...  I was getting dry after my shower when GGF shouted to us that a tow truck was pulling into Brad's driveway.  Well, I ran like a bolt of lightening out the back door.  I was stark naked.  Nicole saw me and laughed.  Barbara was running behind me with my clothes in her hand.  I got dressed while I watched Nicole's new little red car be loaded onto the back of the tow truck.  It had a flat tire and would be under warranty if they towed it in and then returned it to her.  We explained to Nicole that I had just had a bath and there was no catching me when I heard there was a tow truck outside.

I was a sweet boy all day, but played so hard that by the end of the day, Barbara was so ready for Mommy to get off work.

July 11, 2013

The day started with school.  GGF came with Barbara to pick me up from school.  I so wanted to have a play date with Luke, but I'm told he has moved too far away for him to come play with me.

I am good at chewing gum and not swallowing it.

Barbara is not fond of puppets but she put socks on her hands and really made me laugh with some silly antics.  I put socks on my hands so I could be the puppeteer also.  I want to keep playing with puppets.

A funny thing:  I was full of vim and vigor the entire afternoon keeping either GGM, Barbara, or both of them running around.  Three minutes before Mommy came in the door I laid down on the sofa and was quietly watching TV.  GGM and Barbara both laughingly told Mommy I was not like until right before she arrived.

I had spare ribs, potato salad, leftover fried rice and strawberry shortcake for dinner.

July 10, 2013

This was a fun morning.  I kept GGM and Barbara hopping by having them play all my regular activities.  They only thing Barbara really did not want to play was "tell me stories."  She did agree to tell me stories if I would keep eating while she talked.  Sometimes I eat a few bites and then I am ready to quit eating because I would rather be doing something else, so this method seems to keep me at the table awhile longer.
I have learned to use a stylus on the iPad.  I insist on using it now that I know how.
I watched Little Red Tractor on the iPad while resting.

I helped vacuum the dinning room floor and the chairs.  We are still trying to get rid of fine dust from the two-room remodeling.  The kitchen is completely finished except for some wall painting but that is for another crew to do the same time they paint the bathroom.

GGF, Barbara, and I took 6 boxes of stuff to Good Will.

About 20 minutes into the 30 minute drive to my swim lesson, I told Barbara to wake me up when we got to Miss Sherries.  She looked in the rear-view mirror and I already had my eyes shut.  She woke me up when we arrived.  GGF came to my swim lesson. He could tell I have improved.
When I first started learning to float Miss Sherrie would get me to float to the count of ten.  Today she counted to 24 and the next time she counted to 20.

Miss Sherrie still has to remind me that she is the teacher and she will decide what we are going to do.  Mimz was at my lesson and she took me home with her.
Mimz and I went to the car wash.  I love these kind of things.
At Mimz home we had an ice cream sandwich and told stories.  That made me sleepy but I resist falling asleep.  I have been starting naps between 3 and 4pm and that is just too late because I then don't want to go to sleep at a reasonable hour.  Mimz had a job cut out for her to try to keep me awake.

If I have a step I can use the big potty.   A few times I have put on my big boy underwear and my shorts by myself.   They say I am growing up so fast.  It won't be long before I won't need help with some things, like potty breaks and getting dressed.
