Of course, I took my bike and new helmet over to Barbara's so I could show GGM and GGF how well I can ride. After riding around our dead-end street, GGM, Barbara, and I went for a walk. I rode around the circle nearby three times before we started back home. The only time there was a car coming our way, I stopped riding and stood safely out of the car's way.
Inside I said I was ready for breakfast, but when it was made I changed my mind. It was saved for me to eat when I was ready to eat. As soon as I saw an orange, I asked to have an orange peel fight. That is so much fun because we never throw food except this one time. When we went upstairs, I was relieved to see Car Town intact, with no more changes having been made to it.
We started working on my Taekwondo homework. I know what Tae kwon do means and I know what year Taekwondo became an Olympic sport. (1988, the same year Bridget was born)
We drew pictures on my white board and GGM tried to guess what they were. We played Keep Away and Find the Letters.
I ALWAYS want to find every letter and get upset when Barbara get to a letter before I do. The game ended when I wouldn't play right and I had to play by myself. It took me about a minute to regret my actions and I apologized. My apology was excepted but it was several more minutes before they played with me again.
I devoured ribs and corn-on-the-cob at lunch. And I really like cantaloupe. GGM went off to take a nap, so sat down to listen to the story Jack and the Beanstalk. Barbara couldn't remember what happened after Jack met up with the giant, so we found the storybook on her iPad and we watched the entire story on there. Barbara noticed an old black-and-white episode of Lassie and she said I might like watching that, so we watched Timmy and Lassie end up in a hot air balloon by themselves. It was a good show and I will want to watch more Lassie shows.
After spending a week playing in sand, I had dirty fingernails and toenails, so Barbara clipped them and then I played in the bathtub for a long time. The end result was clean nails!
Mimz came over to Barbara's about an hour before my Taekwondo class, so she got to play with us in our big TV room. We threw our 100 balls at each other... actually everyone, include GGF, threw balls at me. I love being the center of attention of all my family. I will need to learn to share attention when Baby Girl gets here. We also played Find the Letters. I always want to win every letter, when I am playing with my family, but when I play with other children, I realize we have a level playing field and I won't win every time.
We got me dressed for my Taekwondo class and I rode with Mimz to my class. She and Barbara both enjoy watching me. Master Thomas asked what I did today to help Mommy and Daddy. I said I picked up my toys, which I did several times today. Master Thomas had us do 100 Jumping Jacks. I never quit, my technique is poor, but I never quit.
I am learning Basic Form 1. I have to learn three Forms before I will earn a yellow belt. Barbara could help me with it, if I would let her, but I won't. I must not think she knows what she is doing since she isn't a Taekwondo black belt teacher... far from it! I asked to stay for the next class, but I had to go home. Mimz dropped me off at home.
I rode my bike in the cul-de-sac while Mommy and Daddy watched me.
