I sure wanted to sleep this morning because it was after 9pm before we got home from the softball game, but I managed to wake up enough to get everything done so we arrived at school on time.
We watched the caterpillar cocoons in my classroom. Before long they will become butterflies.
I have wore a baseball cap to school the past two days. I sure enjoy doing that. Barbara insisted I put my name in my cap because according to her my name is supposed to be on everything I bring to school. I told her my dad said not to write on my caps. She said I had a choice: write my name in my cap or leave it at home. I printed Mason inside my cap.
Sometimes I want a drink of milk from one of my old sippie cups. Then I always comment about how much work it is to drink out of them. You can't just gulp gulp and get a big drink, you have to really work at sucking over and over.
AK was asleep when we arrived home from school, so GGM, Barbara, and I had a rousing game of Dodge Ball in the big TV game. We laugh a lot. We quit playing that game when GGF came upstairs. He is afraid we will get hurt or break something so we only play Dodge Ball when he is downstairs.
I laid on Barbara's bed with the iPad playing a racing game. Generally I am allowed to get one new free app a day, but it has to be one that Barbara approves. It can't be fighting, weapons, violence, or too grown up for kids.
I played with Anna Kate on GGM's bed.
GGM and Barbara only give AK a couple of toys to pay with at a time, but when I am playing with her I dump her entire shoe box of toys onto the bed. We need to get another large shoe box.... all of her toys won't fit in the box we are using now.
Barbara and I rode our bikes, while GGM pushed AK in her stroller. After a short walk we turned around and took them home, then Barbara and I rode our bikes a longer distance. When GGM got tired, GGF pushed the stroller.
AK is in heaven when she is outside AND when she has my attention.
I saw a bug. It was a Roly Poly. Barbara helped me get it into my hand and I watched it roll into a ball. We think it does that to protect itself from its enemies. I didn't hurt him.
I put him back by the grass where I found him. Aunt Kristan drove up while we were outside. AK couldn't wait for her mother to get her out of the stroller and into her arms.
I found out Mimz is feeling much better and she is so ready to care for me tomorrow.
