I got dressed while Barbara fixed me some oatmeal and milk.  She also put my medicine in a spoonful of applesauce.  I have no problem taking it that way but I really need to practice learning how to swollow a whole pill.

I had left my backpack over at Anthony's.  I was on my way to get it, when Alyssa came outside carrying it.  I thanked her.
