Today is the first day of school after our long Christmas break.

I was easily able to get up at 6:45am and take a shower, dress, eat breakfast, and get to the bus stop.  I was outside at least ten minutes before the other kids showed up.  

This is our school calendar for the rest of the school year.


Mrs. Gardner had a baby girl during our Christmas break and she will not return to school for a couple of months.  Mrs. Flores is a permanent substitute teacher at our school and she will be my teacher until Mrs. Gardner returns.

It is the start of a new semester with 94 days more days of school this year.  I am starting with clean slate.  I'm hoping I will be better behaved and will try to study better, including reading at home.

Mimz gave me a pair of shoes for Christmas for me to have new shoes to start off wearing, but I want to wear my comfortable old shoes.  I'll wear the new ones, just not yet. 

I didn't want to play with friends.  I wanted to play Fornite.  I ate a bowl of cereal and started playing.  Barbara will be so glad when I either quit playing or the game is banded from our home.

I was in bed at 9pm.  I was asleep before 9:40pm.
