I had been looking forward to this day: This is the first time for me to go to school since before Christmas and I have missed playing with children. I asked Barbara if we had everything (backpack, lunch bag, and sippie) and then I was telling her to hurry up and get in the car.
My teacher told Barbara I had a good day. While driving home, I told Barbara I was in Time-Out for just a little bit, but I could not, or would not, tell her what I had done to be put there.
At home I do not go to Time-Out very often. My biggest threat of Time-Out is for screaming when I don't like something. Generally I get a "1" or "2" count and I quit screaming. I know that if I get a "3" count I will suffer the consequences.
I played hard all day, and when Mommy got home, I played even harder. By 8pm I was yawning and agreed to brush my teeth and put on p.j.'s to get "ready" for bed, but I did not agree to go yet. I have been very very good about going to sleep easily, generally before 9pm.
