March 7th
Boy, things sure are different. Both of my GG parents made the trip to school with Barbara and me. I showed them all the things we see and talk about on the 25 minute drive: fire stations, car washes, American flags, schools and lots of school buses, and all kinds of trucks and much more.

My teacher told Barbara I had a great day and ate all of my lunchable. At home I had an ice cream cone. Grandma Bates enjoys them also. I played outside all afternoon, mostly digging in the dirt. ProLawn recently put down new mulch, so I have lots of loose stuff to move around.

While I was at school, Barbara and Grandma Bates worked on emptying and organizing the pantry to find a place of the foods they brought from Arkansas. It will take several days of work to find a home for things.   It is especially hard because we are combining two households: what was already here and the things brought from Arkansas. In a few months Mommy and I will move to our home after the renters have moved out, but until then we will be one big family.
I practice riding Luke's bike with training wheels.
Luke has a new tractor and I like driving it.
I love digging in the dirt.  After Mommy got home I played with Luke while Mommy and Nicole watched.

March 6th, Wednesday
When I woke up today the first thing I said was "Thank you for taking me to the rodeo, Mimz". I am already looking forward to next year's Rodeo!!!  Mimz says, I often say sweet things like that and tell her I appreciate the things she does for me.  Mimz said she sure enjoyed having me spend the week with her.  I enjoyed it too and I liked seeing Daddy every evening.

Mimz and I went to the mall where I rode the carousel.  For the first time I was willing to play with the other children that were at the playground.  In the past I steered clear of the other kids rough-housing and running around.

Mimz took me to Mommy's home where I was happy to see Barbara had returned to me and she brought my great grandparents with her.  Boy, there is a lot of work to do around here with all the boxes to unpack.  I will be a BIG HELP I know.  I worked a lot, but I also had time to do a lot of digging in the dirt.  I may slow down the job, but they all say it is worth it to watch me help and learn.

Me showing off how skilled I am riding my scooter.

I am told I need to be more gentle with Barbara and my GGPs.  They think I could knock them over and somebody could get hurt, so I will try... but sometimes my roughness just happens...

I got in trouble because I was being loud on purpose because the adults were trying to talk and I wanted their attention.  I guess I will have to learn to respect that adults sometimes need to talk without my interrupting.

I didn't eat much lunch, but I gobbled down pizza at dinner.   I reminded everyone that I was told I could have a cinnamon roll if I ate a good dinner.
