This was another big moving day.   PaPa, Grandma, Andy, and Mommy did the moving.  GGF, GGM, and Barbara and I stayed at our old home so we could all stay out of the way.  We are all anxious to get to see my new home with the furniture in place.  The rooms are much smaller than I am used to so we will have to make some adjustments.  I have a room for my bed and my clothes and another room for my toys.  I am leaving some toys with Barbara so I can play with them at her home.  Boy, I have toys scatters around lots of homes, including Mimz home and Daddy's apartment.  I am one lucky boy.  Mommy's bedroom furniture and my big boy bed were moved. The plan was for us to spend our first night there tonight, but things are still a bit chaotic so I will spend one more night at Barbara's.

GGF and GGM are used to having a jigsaw puzzle on the table most of the time.  Today for the first time since they moved here they got out a puzzle.  It was a test to see if I would leave it alone.  I was very interested and said I wanted to work it.  I did help turn over the upside down pieces and then I agreed to leave it alone.  So far I have kept my word.... we are still waiting to see if I really will leave the puzzles alone, so they can enjoy working them every day.

I fell asleep in the car on a trip over to the new house, so we turned around and came back home for me to nap.

No matter how warm it has been outside this spring, I have been adamant that I want to wear long-sleeved shirts and jeans like cowboys do.  This evening something was bothering my legs and changing to another pair of jeans did not help.  I agreed to try wearing a pair of shorts to see if that would help.  The problem went away and...
I wore the shorts and never said a word about them, until bedtime.  I asked if I could wear my shorts to bed.  The answer was I could put them back on in the morning.

At 8:01pm Central Time my dog, Maggie, started a new chapter in her life.  Mommy put her in her kennel in the back of her car and took her to our new home.   I hope she loves it.   Barbara, GGF, and I waved as they drove away.

It was a concern that I might have a problem at bedtime because Monk Monk, my pillow, and my blankie were all at our new home because the original plan was for me to start sleeping over there tonight.   But I eagerly took my sleeping bear to hug and never asked any questions about Monk Monk.  All was well.  I slept all night, no problem.
