We were ready by 8am for the painters to come pain our downstairs rooms.  We had an ice chest upstairs and a box of snacks and food so we could stay upstairs all day and not be in the painter's way.  GGM and I started playing outside early

 When Luke came out Barbara came to watch us.

The painters did not arrive until 11am so we had a long morning waiting for them.  I played outside until the painters got here, then I helped Barbara show them what they need to paint.  GGM, GGF, Barbara, and I stayed upstairs most of the afternoon.

I took a long nap.

I generally wake up happy.

I like being able to ride my trike in the empty rooms downstairs.

 

I went outside and played for an hour by myself, then for a couple hours with Luke.  I play very nicely by myself, but when I am playing with Luke we have lots of disagreements.  Mainly because Luke is sort of mouthy and a bit of a bully (in Barbara's opinion.)  But I still like playing with him.

 

It was hot outside.  I took off my shirt and since it was late in the afternoon, the street where I was playing was in the shade.

Later I did not want to come inside, but I did not have a choice.  We ate dinner, I had a long fun bath, then Mommy and Daddy came over to see me.  I am spending one or two more nights here because Mommy has a lot more work she wants to get done in the next couple of days.
