I went to school happily.  After picking me up GGF, Barbara, and I went to Wal-Mart to purchase an American flag.  GGF left his big one in Arkansas.  He flew it every day.  I got a cookie from the bakery while we were there.

There was a flag holder already in place on a tree in my front yard, so after GGF and I put the new flag on the staff we flew it from the holder.  It requires us getting a ladder to put it up, so GGF is going to put up another holder that we can do from the ground... much safer for all of us.

We got home around 1:30 and I didn't go into the house until 4:30pm.  I played with Luke or by myself outside.  Barbara stayed outside watching me the entire time.  We only came inside to eat dinner and then Mommy arrived to take me home.

Monk Monk went through the washing machine while I was at school so now he is nice and clean.  Grandma bought us some red yarn so we have a plan to give Monk Monk some more hair.
