The day started out good with me helping GGF put up a flag pole holder.  The one that was already in place was too high for any of us to reach with a ladder.  This new one is low enough that Barbara can reach from the ground.
 Monk Monk before hair transplant....
...and after hair transplant.   Monk Monk II had only ten thin pieces of red yarn hair left, so Grandma bought some red yarn and Barbara gave Monk Monk a hair transplant.  I sure love that hair.  I fingered it often today.   When I was a tiny baby I played with my Mommy's hair.  Then later I used Monk Monk's hair to soothe me to sleep.

Then things were not so much fun for me.  I hit GGF on the foot with a hammer.  I don't think it hurt him.  It looked like it was on purpose, well, not meant to hurt, just a boy hitting something.  Well, GGM hustled me inside and I was in Time Out big time.   She said I was a smart boy and I knew better.   Barbara was upstairs when this all happened so later I tried to explain and did tell her I was sorry.
GGF, Luke, and me watching a man mow the back flood control area.  I played outside all morning.  Even when Luke was outside playing with me we got along well.
 Me repairing bike.
Me repairing tractor.
Finally I got hot and said I was ready to go inside.  I don't normally put my boots on the table, but I was relaxing after a hard day of work and play.
I listened to Barbara tell me stories for almost an hour before I fell asleep.  After I slept for more than an hour, Daddy was on his way to get me, so Barbara woke me up.  It takes a long time to wake me up because I sleep so soundly.

Daddy took me over to Mommy's house where I got to play with two big boys (ages 6 and 8).  I had so much fun running after them.  I laughed the whole time.  My parents enjoyed watching me play with other children.

Daddy took me over to Mimz to spend the night, so when i woke up Mimz would be able to get me to school.
