I slept 11 hours last night. When I don't take a nap I do sleep that long at night. My eye is almost normal. First thing I said when I woke up was, "Good morning, Barbara." And I said it ever so sweetly. I wanted to get dressed quickly so I could go downstairs to see my great grandparents.
After breakfast I helped strip sheets of Barbara's bed and put clothes in the washing machine.
Then we started playing "Tow truck and car repair." We use my walky-talky to make phone calls. I say, "What can I do for you, Ma'am?"
We go down to the basement to find car parts. (The basement is under my Play Dough table.) I use my flashlight to examine the broken cars. I use hooks to lift them. I never forget to ask for payment. I might have to say, "Come back Lady. You forgot to pay!" This game is quite a production.
A funny thing: Mimz and I were going to race so we both put a foot on the starting line. I noticed Mimz had her right foot out. I said, "No Mimz, put your left foot out." I am very detail minded. Well, today, I said, "Barbara, lets race up the stairs. She put her right foot on the rug at the bottom of the stairs. I told her she needed to put her left foot out. I am very strict about doing things the correct way. And everything is a race.
I was having a good time playing in a bubble bath, with barely any room for me because of all my bath toys, when I heard mowers. It was ProLawn.
I was out of the tub, dried off, and partial dressed when I ran to a window to watch.
I have to wait until they turn off the motors to knock on the window, so they will see me and wave. All four of the guys like me and they all wave.
GGM, Barbara, and I went to Wal-Mart. I was helpful and well behaved so I got to buy some Rainbow Goldfish as a treat. And when we got home I got a new hot wheel car. Barbara must have a stash of them because every week or so I get a new one when she thinks I deserve a treat.
Well, a few hours after getting the new Hot Wheels car, it was taken away from me. I was back talking and wouldn't quit. I also went to Time Out. I hate going to Time Out in front of my great grandparents. I really get embarrassed.
I insist on sitting on this red stool to eat my meals. GGM has had this stool for over 60 years.
After eating all of my dinner, I got to have a red popsicle. This picture shows the pink color around my left eye.
Mommy picked me up after she got off work.
