I wanted to wear my orange basketball shirt to school because I am a part of the team and we are supposed to wear our shirt.  Mommy said I couldn't for two reasons: it is to be worn on Tuesday when I have basketball class and it is in the laundry to be washed.  Okay... I agreed to wear something else.

I asked Barbara to tell me a story about Stacy and the wicked witch, she agreed only after I agreed to let her read me a book, either from the iPad or from one of my books.  Now, I just hope I remember that and follow through without putting up a fuss.
Sometimes I need a little snack to get some energy.
I have gotten in trouble the last two days because of my back-talking to my great grandparents.  Barbara can't stand it, so I ended up in Time Out.  I must learn when my great grandparents (or any adult) tell me No, or Quit, or something like that it is not up for discussion.

I did remember that I had to listen to Barbara read a book to me... and I liked the story.  Later I asked her to read me another story.  That really made her happy.

I am enjoying playing Hide and Seek.  We will soon need to start playing outside because we have used all the hiding places in the house.  Barbara does the funniest hiding.  She might sit in a chair with a blanket over her trying to hold very still.  I get so tickled when I find the hiding person.

I liked watching and helping fix a turkey today.  We played Pizza Man again.

I spent the night with Barbara and my great grandparents.  I don't get to do that much any more so I was excited.  We had ice cream cones as a special treat with Butter Pecan ice cream.  Yummy.

A new thing I have been doing today is saying, "I have a deal (to make with you)."  I am learning that to get what you want, you sometimes have to agree to do something in return.

I watched an episode of Dora The Explorer, then played a new Fireman app on the iPad for a few minutes.  When the timer on Barbara's phone went off, it was time to put away the iPad and go to sleep.  I was asleep within 5 minutes of lights out.

Mimz is in Athens today.  She is having a great time, but she also is missing me.
