I had a good day at school.  Green for behavior.

My gang had a great time playing today.  Cole bought us all Ninja costumes and we played from 3:45 until 6:15pm.  Anthony was our trainer.  Oh, what fun.  I thanked Cole several times for this gift.

I had to quit playing Ninja to go to my first Cub Scout Pack meeting at 6:45pm at Metzler.  I have the complete uniform but we were not sure how to put on the necktie and we were told we could wear jean shorts instead of the hotter uniform.  And I will get several badges tonight for us to put on my shirt.  

Oh, what a motley crew we looked like tonight.  Very informal.
Mommy took me to the meeting.   There were about 30 kids and about 30 parents.  Awards were given out for things the boys did this summer.  I received my membership card along with all the other Tigers.

Then I was called back up to the front to receive my Bobcat award and Shooting awards.   I was the only Tiger who went to camp so I was the only one to receive these awards tonight.  The others will earn them during the school year.

 The leader told the Tigers what they would do to earn the Bobcat award.

 He told me what a good job I did.

There are two pins on this badge for shooting: beebee gun and archery.

My membership card, my Bobcat badge, and my shooting pins!  I also was awarded an award for doing a magic trick this summer at camp.  This award goes on my belt.  I don't know what it is called.  Lots of boys had many of them on their belt.

 After the meeting I joined a group of boys for a quick game of Bubble gum, bubble gum in a dish.  How many pieces do you wish?

 This was a fun event for me.  I enjoy getting awards.

There are going to be eight boys in my Tiger den.  We don't know what day of the week we will meet yet.
