Happy 40th Birthday, Uncle Scott!

I slept from 9pm to 6:30am.  I asked if it was morning.  Barbara said almost, but I could try to go back to sleep.  No, that was not what I wanted to do.  So we were up early.

I had my own scrambled egg with sausage in it.  I ate some of GGF toast with blackberry jelly on it.  I ate some of GGM bacon.  I drank milk with Merilax and some Dr. Pepper, pretending it was coffee.
Getting a teaspoon of Merilax MWF seems to be working.  I don't have a problem.

Barbara and I emptied the dishwasher and cleaned up the kitchen while GGM took a shower.  We were having a race and it was about a tie.  I put away all the silverware after the sharp knives have been removed.  I also stack bowls, plates, and cups so Barbara can put them away.

We had a tornado coming thru so we drove all the cars into the two cement tubes so they would be save.  I wore GGM and Barbara out playing Keep Away, so Barbara and I sat on her bed to play fireman.

We also played with my tools.  When GGM was ready to play cars with me I had a great surprise.  There was a new Hot Wheels car, one that is part car, part boat.  I thanked Barbara profusely.

I colored a Santa ornament.  We will put it on the tree at my house.

GGM and I were using chalk on the driveway, but then GGF came out with a ball, so that was the end of ourr chalk play.

We had a pine tree fall in our front yard.

GGF wasted no time cutting it into pieces for the trashman and cleaning up the mess.

Around 2pm, Grandma came to get me.  We drove to Mommy's new office.  It will be a nice place to work.  Mommy and I drove home and I got to play with Carson.  His mom gave me some of Carson's old clothes.  I think they are too big for me now, but I will grow into them.

 Bridget, the engineer, rebuilt my Marbleworks to include a jump (see the space in the middle of the course).  It is fantastic.  She said she and Andy played with this for hours when she was a little kid.

...and watched them run the course.

Mommy and Grandma have a scrapbooking thing tonight and tomorrow.  Mimz and Daddy have a birthday party for Uncle Scott, so I get to spend the evening and night with Barbara and my great grandparents.  We had taco soup for dinner.  I do like soups of all kinds.

We picked up a prescription for GGM at Wal-greens.  I looked at the toys but I knew Barbara would not buy me any even though I saw a Power Rangers characters I wanted.  We bought a few groceries at Wal-Mart after getting me a cookie.

Back home we washed our hands, put away groceries, and picked up our drawing project mess before heading upstairs for a short game of Dodge Ball.  I got sleepy all of a sudden, so I brushed my teeth, washed my face, and got in bed.  I said I would close my eyes and just listen to a Power Rangers show.  I was asleep in a few moments.

Aunt Jill planned a big 40th birthday and Christmas Bash for Uncle Scott and family and friends.  Mimz said there were 70 people at the party, who all had a wonderful time.  Mimz said she stayed at the party until 1:30am.  And Daddy, Scott, and Jill didn't get home until 4:30am!

 Mimz said Jill really did a great job making the party a success.
