Mimz woke up before I did and she was going to let me sleep as long as I would.  About 7:40am I woke up and said in a quiet little voice, "Mimz can we go eat breakfast?"  She said, "Ok, let the day begin!"

I had a stuffy nose and a bit of a cough but it didn't bother me. 

 After breakfast we headed for downtown Austin to visit the state capitol and a little of the UT campus.

  I had Mimz read every plaque on every statue or building we visited.

 When we saw the Alamo memorial Mimz pulled up pictures on her phone and told me the story of the Alamo. 

I asked a lot of very good questions.  I was interesed in all of it.  Mimz said I was a very good traveling buddy and I'm one fine boy!  We had a wonderful time.

My new favorite thing is my new pair of UT socks.

On the ride home I complained a little that I didn't feel good.  But after we got home and ate lunch I was ready to go play with Knox.

Mommy took me to Faith Formation.   (New name for CCE).

I'm not going to Cub Scout Pushmobile practice any more because I can't go to the event.  I have soccer and football practice and game that day.
