****Barbara says she remembers today, yesterday is a blur, and the day before that is gone.  So we better not get behind or we may have a real problem recreating my day.***

This morning Mimz drove four hours to attend the funeral of her cousin Jimmy.  She will spend the night out-of-town so I won't get my Wednesday evening with Mimz.

My school held their awards ceremony this morning for first and second grade at 9:30am.  Barbara came but she did not arrive early so she had to stand for an hour and fifteen minutes.  Mimz would have been there if she were in town.  All of my other adults had to work so they could not attend.  I earned three spirits sticks:  Perfect attendance, All Es for Good Conduct, and the A-B honor roll.  I was very pleased.   Alssa and Cole each earned one spirit stick, for making the A honor roll.  They are both very smart kids.

I rode bikes with my friends after school until my dad came to pick me up.  He wanted to spend the evening with me.  We missed having Mimz with us this evening.  Daddy and I worked on my homework.
