Mimz was so busy last night playing with me, she didn't get her clothes packed for her trip to Dallas to see Uncle Don, so she got up at 3am to start getting ready.  Not me, I kept right on sleeping.  Mimz woke me up at 8am, which gives us just enough time to get me to school on time, with some time to play if I don't dawdle.

I am getting super good at balancing on my balance bike.  I really need to get my training wheels off my bike at home.  With Mommy and Daddy helping me, I will be riding a real bike in no time.

Mimz got me to school on time, then she was ready for Aunt Kathy to come by to drive her to Dallas.
Barbara picked me up from school and we drove straight to my swim lesson.  Miss Sherrie helped adjust my great looking blue goggles.  I really liked wearing them.  They do help me put my head into the water.  But I did not do my best today:  I had not had a lesson in three weeks and it did show.  I did use my arms more but that was the only improvement I had.  My homework is to watch Michael Philips YouTube videos to help me see what it is I am supposed to be doing with my arms, legs, and head to help me swim better.

GGM and Barbara played Car Town with me, but they were so excited to start on an art project, I finally said, "Okay, we can go paint rocks."  I did not say it with a lot of enthusiasm, but when I got started I enjoyed it and I did a good job.
We picked up mostly flat rocks from the flowerbeds and some non-flat rocks that I wanted.
We did take off my shirt and shorts so I didn't get paint on them.  Good thing we did that, because I did get paint on several places on my body.  The plan was to paint the rocks today, then tomorrow I wold decorating them with dots, stripes, shapes, or whatever.  I might even paint an "M" on the back side so everyone will know who the artist was.  Then I can give them as gifts to my family.

At 4:55pm we got in the car and drove the two miles to my Taekwondo class.  Today was THE BEST day so far, at least in GGM and Barbara's opinion.  I got to LEAD the class in some exercises.  Jackson (age 6 1/2) also got to lead for a couple of minutes.  There were only six students and it was a sparring class.  The entire class was to be in Korean, but Master Parks did talk to Jackson and me in English when she had to make us understand what we were supposed to do.   We rotated partners and everyone worked with me on different techniques.   I only stayed one hour.  Barbara thinks on days I have school and swimming, one hour is plenty.  She says I show signs of being tired so at 6pm, she dropped me off at home.  Mommy had just gotten home because she had to work late.
