Happy Mother's Day to all the Mom's out there especially my mom, grandmas, and great grandmas, and my aunts.
Mommy snapped this picture right before I opened my eyes. I woke up and wished Mommy a Happy Mother's Day. I had already given Mommy two gifts I had made at school for her. She put them on our refrigerator. I went downstairs and found Barbara on the sofa waiting for everyone to rise and shine. Soon Grandma joined us and I wished her Happy Mother's Day.
I called Mimz to wish her Happy Mother's Day. She was getting ready to go out to eat to celebrate Mother's Day and to visit the cemetery where Pops and his parents are buried.
I couldn't wait for 10am so I could see if Maddox could play with me. At 10am, Mommy and I went over and Maddox was ready to play. We had his little sister Parker tagging along. We came over to Grandma's house and she came too. We played upstairs and then we watched something on my iPad until it was time for them to go home because we had a meeting at 2pm with a realtor to look at some acreage. When we went over to Maddox' home, his dad said I could stay with them, and I was thrilled.
It was a long hour drive to get to this 25 acres that had a pond on it. PaPa is thinking about maybe getting a place that would not require him climbing a bunch of stairs to be able to fish. It is all just speculation at this point. If I had gone I would enjoyed walking through the woods but I did make the right choice to stay and play with Maddox. We played upstairs in his room and we watched TV. We get along very well.
Around 4pm we were gathering our things to head back to Spring. I cried because I wanted to stay and play with Maddox more. Barbara drove and I fell asleep for the last five minutes of the trip home. Mommy carried me inside and Barbara drove home so she could also fall asleep or at least lay in bed and read.
