Mommy took me over to Mimz home and Mimz took me to school.
At 4pm I had an appointment at Fins of Spring/Klein to have my swimming evaluated. Barbara met us there.
I am at the top of this picture with the older man....
Here I am swimming to him. The evaluation took about ten minutes. He told Mimz and Barbara that I did not have a fear of the water. Because I can do all of the Yellow Fin skills, but still have a few skills to learn at the White Fin level, that is the class I will be in.
Because Mimz was a retired teacher (37 years!), the waved the registration fee. It's $222.00 for 12 lessons, twice a week on Monday and Wednesday at 10am. I am stoked and ready for this. I have new suits, new water shirts and shoes, and new goggles!
After my swimming evaluation, we had time, so we drove over to Barbara's so I could change my clothes for soccer practice. It just so happens it was time for Kristan to pick up Baby Girl and my dad arrived. I said, "Are we having party? There are eight people here!" That was a correct number, because, GGM, GGF, Mimz, Barbara, and I were there also.
Here we are leaving. GGF is walking Kristan and the baby to her car I am carrying AK's bag and Daddy is waiting on me.
Daddy took me to soccer practice, and soon GGM and Barbara arrived to watch. There were six of us at practice. I am the strongest kicker and the fastest runner so I won most of the little games we played. The coach reminds us that we are on the same team, but I still want to be competitive.
I found out Dustin, the coach's son, was born on March 24th, just like my mom. I need to tell her that.

"Rain, rain, go away, come again another day." I have learned this little saying and a few others like "April showers, bring May flowers." And, "It's raining; it's pouring. The old man is snoring. He went to bed and bumped his head, and he won't wake up in the morning."
