I was awake early, and got ready for school quickly. I ran outside and there were no other children outside, so I went back inside and asked GGM if she would come play with the tennis ball with me. She loved being asked to play. She threw the tennis ball as high up in the air as she could and I scurried under the ball to catch it. This is my current favorite thing to do. GGM says we must have done this for 15 minutes.
Only Cole, Jackson, and I rode the bus today (of the kids at my bus stop). It was funny, Jackson was late, but the bus driver waited as he ran as fast as he could down the street to get on the bus. Anthony and Alyssa must have caught a ride with their mom.
Today was career day for Kindergartners. We all dressed up as something we would like to be when we grow up. I dressed up as a policeman. That was fun. I wore my outfit all day, including my hat. Alyssa dressed as a policewoman. Her dad was a NYC policeman for 10 or 12 years. One child was a fireman, one an astronaut, one a chef.
Behavior = Yellow = Good Day
I jumped off the bus happy to see Mimz and everybody was waiting for me. It makes me feel good that my family wants to be outside watching for me to get home.
I asked Mimz if we could go to the grocery store to get some drumsticks. She happily told me she had already been and they were in her freezer waiting for me. I was pretty happy about that also.
Mimz took me to her home, where I had a fun afternoon playing with
the neighborhood kids. I happily shared my ice cream Drumsticks on Mimz
driveway with my four friends. Mimz brought out a roll of paper towels
to clean up chocolate covered faces. Oh what fun for everyone!
