I gobbled down my chocolate oatmeal, then I hurried out to the bus.   I was the last child there.  That doesn't happen very often but I still was there in plenty of time to catch the bus.

Since I was pretty good about doing my homework and reading last night, I got to go play before doing my homework.  Barbara wants me to do it, but she tries to pick her battles and she likes for Mommy to help me so again I agreed to come in at 7:30pm and happily do my homework and get ready for bed.

It is still a bit of a struggle to get me to keep on task, but I get through it.  I had a hard time learning to spell the word children.  I think I finally got it!'

I read for 30 minutes, which meant it was after my 8:30 bedtime, but I wanted to finish a chapter before I quit reading.
