I wanted to wear my new basketball shoes to school but I also wanted to have other shoes to wear on the playground, so I put my old shoes in a sack in my backpack and ran off to catch the bus.

I played with friends until Barbara took me to my baseball field practice.  Daddy was getting a new truck windshield and Mommy had a meeting.


Because tomorrow was Field Day, I needed to get to sleep early.  I came home from baseball practice and quickly ate a snack, took a shower, and got in bed.  Barbara finished reading Paul Bunyan.  I wanted to talk about the story while she read.  She started reading Johnny Appleseed.  I don't recall hearing any of John Appleseed.  I must have already been asleep.

We forgot to get my report card on-line until today.   This is the first time I have not had any As on my report card.  and maybe the first time I had any Ss for conduct.  When I improve my conduct, I bet my grades will come up.
