It was an interesting morning.   While Mommy and I got dressed, Barbara hustled to get our breakfasts and lunches made, and get us in the car by 7:30am.  I got to go with Mommy to her foot doctor's appointment.
I got to see the stitches on her heel.  She will get them out in four days, but for now she is out of the splint and wearing her big black boot and still using the knee scooter.

By the time we got Mommy to work, I was 40 minutes late to school.  And by the time Barbara got to our home to let Maggie outside, she had been gone from home almost three hours.  Mommy and I both appreciate all the things Barbara does for us.  She goes way way way beyond the call of duty for both of us.  Well, several people help us, but this week Barbara gets lots of extra credit.

A funny thing: A couple of days ago, I was not playing right with our water guns, so Barbara said we were quitting and she put the water guns away.  I kept asking her where they were but she said they were hidden and I would not find them.  Well, today I was in the pantry looking for something I wanted to eat and I found them.  I came out of the pantry with them and said, "Barbara, you didn't hide these very well, I found them."
I played outside a lot today, most of the time without a shirt on.
