Mimz and I were awake by 7am and I was ready to start playing with Legos.

Mommy wanted to try to get out of the house, so GGM, GGF, and Barbara took her to the new Kroger's store .7 of a mile from their home.  They were not gone long, but it was long enough for Mommy's heel to start hurting.  She guesses it is too soon to venture out except for maybe a spin around our dead end street in Pops scooter.  We found out the knee scooter will fit in Barbara's truck without being folded up.

Mimz took me to Barbara's around noon.  While Mimz and I were at the store getting Mommy a get-well card and two magazines, we saw a big bag of Army soldiers and two tanks for $1.99.

Big Mason has a set and I sure enjoy playing with them, so we could not resist.  I got the set.   We gave Mommy the get well card and two magazines.  Mimz told Mommy to keep that foot elevated, which she is doing, otherwise it does hurt.   Mimz saw my new Imaginext fire station, police station, coast guard station, and jungle.

 Mommy watched Gunsmoke with me.

I played Coast Guard with GGM.  We wondered what one of my animals was.  It turned out to be a sting ray. 

We wondered what a manatee was so Mimz found us a picuture of one.

We were pleased to see we have a tomato about the size of a green pea on the plant we are growing.  I showed it to Mimz and I showed her the green beans that are spouting.

 I was showing how some goofy guys where there pants...

... my family hope I don't turn into a goofy guy.

 GGM and I loaded my dump trucks and then we raced them down the driveway.

They often lost some of their load.

 We planted some more green beans...

... since our other seeds sprouted a week ago, so we would maybe harvest beans at different times.

I dribbled a ball for a long time, then Barbara started counting and I bounced it over 60 more.  I am a good dribbler.

 

GGM, Barbara, and I played Army and Imaginext toys, Keep Away, Dream Snatchers, watched one TV cartoon, raced dump trucks loaded with wooden blocks,

wore Spiderman costume, and got anything Mommy needed. It was a busy day of play.

 We also played with our water guns.  GGM kept the four guns filled for Barbara and me.

I really put a lot of effort into my play acting.

Mimz sets an alarm for 8pm meaning it is bath time.  Barbara is doing the same thing.  So after my bath and a little iPad time, I went to sleep in my own little bed in Barbara's room.   My little trick saying I want to cuddle, doesn't work with her.  She says there is not enough room for me in her little bed since I am so big and I won't stay on my side of the bed.  I was asleep at 8:50.


No Time Outs for me.  I think I have only had one in the past weeks time.
