I didn't sleep well and Mimz really didn't sleep well.  She was busy worrying about me.  Barbara had my breathing machine, so she brought it over to Mimz' home at 5am so Mimz could give me a breathing treatment and that helped but it didn't last long.  I fell asleep and slept fitfully.  My fever comes and goes, but I keep coughing.  I'm acting like I have bronchitis like I have had a couple time before. 

Of course, I couldn't go to school.  I only at one bite of pancakes and I was not asking to ride my bike... so you know I am sick.  

I don't like missing school.  Today they will be doing stations:  one station is a play kitchen, and other is math etc.  And if we want to talk we have to raise our hand to get permission.  I am getting a good start on Kindergarten.  

 Mimz made an appointment for me to see the doctor today.  She did that mainly because she knew we didn't want to have another bad night so she wanted to start any treatment, if needed, as soon as possible. 

My fever would come and go.  The breathing treatments helped but between them my breathing was strained and I have a cough and any exertion really affects my breathing.

I have fun even when I don't feel great.  Mimz and Daddy took me to see Dr. Lacour at 2:40m today.  My temperature was 100.8.   My weight was 41.8 pounds.   As it turns out, I have an ear infection in my left ear and fluid in my right ear.   I have had ear infections before and I never complain about my ears hurting. 

I also have bronchitis and my airway is very constricted and tight so I took a breathing treatment with two stronger medicines there in the doctor's office.   What I have is viral and could  be contagious especially to older adults like GGM and GGF, so Mimz volunteered to take care of me on Tuesday so we would not risk their catching what I have.

After the breathing treatment, Dr. Lacour listened to my chest and he was pleased with the results.  He said I could go back to school on Wednesday if I feel like it, but I am to try to limit my activity.  

I went home with Mimz.  Daddy went to get my prescriptions filled and he and Mommy brought them to me in the evening. One prescription Mimz and I had to go to a different pharmacy to get.   I have two oral meds that I take once a day for five days.  And I got more medication for the nebulizer.    One medicine tasted okay, but the other one I had to have a drink of milk after to get rid of the bad taste.  I took both of them with food.  

I didn't have a fever in the evening but I was so very tired.  I fell asleep and my breathing was good.  Mimz hoped it stayed that way.
