Back to School! I was happy to be going back to school. I'm still up to my old tricks, saying I don't want to wear long pants, not even the new ones my dad bought me. I did agree to wear a jacket, but my jackets were not in the coat closet or in my closet, so I wore a light windbreaker of GGMs.
One of the good things about a new haircut is I don't wake up with bedhead. It's easy for me to comb my hair neatly.
I enjoyed being back at school. We don't have any homework this week, but we are still supposed to read and we have a new spelling list. The words are really too easy.
I jumped off the bus with the gang of five and I made plans to play in my front yard with Julian and Xavier in about ten minutes. I had a bowl of Fiber One cereal and finished off the last little bit of Monkey Bread and milk. Austin came down and played with us too.
At 5:30pm the guys had to go home, so Austin and I went to his house. I played there until after 6pm.
Barbara was working on a jigsaw puzzle that was a picture of an old-time classroom. I counted the lines written on the back of the box. They have worked it 15 times. I found out that I could get my name on the box if I put in 20 pieces. I put in around 30 pieces before I was ready to quit.
