I wanted double oatmeal this morning but I told Barbara I want eggs and bacon tomorrow morning because I need protein before running with running club and then running the mile in gym class.  She said she would fix me some.  She would fix them every day if I wanted them.

I happily went off to school.  I had to go inside and practice my spelling words.  I'm having a little trouble with "we'll" and "they'll." 

The gang of five played street hockey.  Xavier and Julian's parents decided they would walk us to the area behind the clubhouse and let us play there for an hour or so.  They wanted to get us out of the street.

I was home around 5:15pm.  My dad said I could go play at Austin's home and he could pick me up later.  Around 6:15pm Daddy took me to Mimz home to spend the night. 

Mommy has shingles and is in pain.  She has a rash near her waist on her back.  Her doctor gave her two shots and two medicines and said it will go away but it will take a few weeks.  Oh no!  Barbara has had shingles twice and she said she will survive but it is not fun.
