After breakfast, brushing our teeth, and getting ready GGM, GGF, Barbara, and I all went for a walk.  We listened to the birds, looked for bugs, and talked about things we saw like cracks in the road, pretty flowers, no clouds in the sky.
Part of the time I walked with GGF, part of the time with GGM and sometimes I ran off on my own, but still close by them.  We stopped at a garage sale to look but we didn't buy anything.  We kicked a pine cone all the way home pretending it was a soccer ball.
GGM, Barbara, and I went to Walmart.  First stop: the toy department, where I asked for things but the answer was no except for a red rubber ball to add to our wonderful rubber ball collection.  GGM and Barbara have a hard time passing up balls. We play with them every day.  When we were checking out I spotted a package of 8 small water guns in the shopping cart.

I agreed to help carry in the groceries before we opened the water gun package.  Outside we filled one with water and I had lots of fun squirting it until it was empty.
Then we played with three other empty water guns in the house.  This summer we can squirt each other with water.

I already know how to spell: Mason, no, yes, go, and stop.  I often ask how to spell words, like gun, Gunsmoke, Barbara, Avis, Mimz, Mommy, PaPa and other words.  I am really good at spelling Barbara.

A funny thing:  I was trying to say bandanna and it kept coming out banana.  We laughed.  I still can't say the L sound.

While watching Gunsmoke, Barbara and I sat on her bed playing with my tool bench and tools.  We used saws, hammers, screwdrivers, and a wrench to build and take apart our projects.  I'm getting the hang of how to hold my tools and which way to turn them to make them work right.  I had a lot of fun using a a claw hammer.

Of course, we played Car Town, blocks, and trains, just like we always to every day.   And we played with our new red rubber ball and the old balls too.  GGF says we are going to break something, but so far we have been lucky.  I don't think there are any valuable keepsakes out that would be irreplaceable.

Well, we didn't wait for summer.  For at least 30 minutes Barbara and I squirted those water guns at each other.  GGM had a bucket of water and a cup that she used to keep our guns filled so we never had to wait.  GGM accidentally got hit a few times.  Anybody that came into our range was a target.  GGF got hit and when he picked up a water gun he had a good aim and he was ruthless.  Mr. Brad was outside cleaning the inside of his new car so I ran over and shot him a few times, being careful to not get water in his car.  He is a good sport and laughed with  us.

Later Mr. Brad was using his yard blower.  I went after him with my gun and he turned his blower on me and boy did I skedaddle away from him.  We all laughed after I got over being a bit scared.   Mr. Brad has been looking for several days for a socket that will fit his lawn mower spark plug.  Between GGF and PaPa they had several but none fit.  Well, GGF was sure he had to have the right one... after spending some time sorting through his tools, he found just the right tools needed to change that spark plug.  I was right there helping.  I had brought my tool bench and tools outside to play with them and when Mr. Brad had his lawn mower fixed, he sat down and played for ten minutes with me and my tools.

Just as we were coming inside to get ready for my trip to Mimz' home, we found out it would be Barbara who would take me over there.  GGF rode along.  He likes getting out and about.

Over at Mimz we talked about what I would wear to the rodeo tomorrow.  I think I will wear my cream colored cowboy hat, instead of my black one.  I chose a purple plaid shirt instead of my blue or red ones.  I could change my mind by tomorrow.   We brought over two of my little water guns for Mimz and me to have at her house to play with in the backyard.

We also brought over some hot and spicy Jalapeno Cheetos that I love.  I like hot and spicy.

While I was in the bathtub, I dunked my head practicing holding my breath so I will be ready for swimming underwater this summer.  Mima worked on the build-up of ooze on the sore on the crown of my head.  We still don't know what caused it.   I bet Mimz can doctor it to make it get better.
