Normally I sleep soundly without waking up during the night, but last night I woke Mimz up twice saying I needed to go potty at 1am and at 3am.  I am a big boy and hardly every have an accident. 

Mimz and I prepared pancakes for breakfast and I was so hungry I ate three.   I took my medicine and breathing treatment, then we were ready to go ride our bikes, but Mimz wanted to clean up our breakfast dishes, so got myself dressed...

and I played fetch with Jolly while Mimz cleaned the kitchen.  Sometimes when we played fetch, she will run after the ball and bring it back to me and sometimes she would not co-operate.

It had rained during the night and was so nice and cool outside.  After riding for 30 minutes I decided I was cold so we went inside to get warm.  

Mimz thinks we rode our bikes 5 miles today up and down her street.  I also played with Peyton, the six-year-old girl who lives next door to Mimz.  We played in her yard and in Mimz yard.

She has created a monster.  I will probably be posting selfie pictures often.

Mimz took me over to Barbara's home in the afternoon.  I wanted to go to my house to get my bike so we did that plus we went to the grocery store.  We bought me a can of Pringles.  This is what Barbara and I always had a snack during football games.   I said with a bunch of feeling, "You guys wear me out!"  A lady heard me and the said that should be on TV.  

Back home, Barbara and I went for a walk (I rode my bike).
Then I rode my bike up and down our dead-end street, and on the two driveways, ours and Brads.  

 It is that time of year when our sweet gum ball trees lose their seed pods and I remember how much fun I we have every year picking up the pods.

We will be doing this every day for a couple of months.

I found some toad stools.

Barbara watched me and GGM fixed fried catfish for dinner.  I have my appetite back and I really liked the fish and cornbread.

 This picture was taken before we had our chair lift installed.  GGM and GGF don't require a chair lift to get up and down the stairs, but we got the chair to prevent an accident.

I want to use the lift and ask to several times a day.  Barbara almost always says, "No, Mason, it is not a toy or an amusement park ride."  I guess I will get over the newness of it and not want to use it.  It only goes one speed: very slow.

Several times today I said, "I am worn out."  Then I proceeded to list all the things I did and it was a bunch of things.  No wonder I was worn out.  No wonder Mimz, Barbara, and GGM are tired at the end of the day.

 This is the first step in taking a bath...

 This is the second step.  I almost always need to go potty after I am in the tub.

I still play with the same set of bathtub markers I have used for over a year.  
Now this was funny:  I had a small brown boat filled with water sitting on the edge of the tub.  When it was time to get out, I picked up that boat and dumped the water on my chest. I was oh so surprised when that cold water hit my chest.  We laughed for a minute, then we re-enacted that little scene and laughed some more.  I do like to re-enact things.

At 7pm, we started watching OU play football on one channel of the TV and Texas play on another channel.  Ten minutes into the game, I was ready to play.  Barbara agreed to play during half time.  I asked a dozen times, how much time till half time.  Finally we did play Car Town during half time.  Soon after the football games started, I announced I was ready for bed.  So Barbara went with me and in ten minutes I was asleep.  I slept from 9:30 to 7am.  

Remember a couple of days ago when PaPa and Grandma were surprised to find out it had snowed in South Dakota, well, I have just heard that that was the earliest snow fall for South Dakota since 1888!  History was being made and they were there.
