Barbara arrived at Mimz home at 9:15am.  I met her at the door and she was as excited as I was to head downtown so we could visit the Children's Museum.  Barbara got to see my new car seat that Mimz bought me.  Because Mimz back seat can lean back and the car seat can lean back, I can take a nap without my head falling into my lap.  We arrived about 10am when they open the front door and we met Elijah and his family there.

Barbara treated us to admission:  $10 per person, but only $9 for seniors, which both Mimz and Barbara qualify for).
Mimz treated us to lunch, pizza and chocolate milk for me, corn dog for Barbara, and roast beef sandwich for Mimz.

 Elijah, Jacob, and their mom were there with us.  Also their sister and two cousins.  One was named Zoey and she played with us often.


We left around 2:30pm so we could get home without hitting the bad traffic.  We listened to the songs from my VBS,  I sang along with a couple of the songs.  Barbara and Mimz remembered some of the songs from when there were little girls.

GGF, GGM, and I had a small ice cream cone while I told them a little about our day.

GGM, Barbara, and I went to the Metzler playground so I could play American Ninja Warrior.  We didn't say long because it was at about 95 degrees outside.  We stopped at Kroger so we could get GGF some crab salad.  He does enjoy it very much.

I'm not supposed to do this, but I did get to pose for a picture before I had to get down.

GGM, Barbara, and I played Dodge Ball.  They we built some jets, balls, and other fun things with Magformers.  It is a building kit of magnets.

We watched two episodes of Caillou, a show I used to watch when I was a little kid.  I enjoyed them and watch to watch the two other shows we have recorded also.
