I woke up happy and ready for the day. I read a couple interesting articles in the newspaper about Legos and about baseball.
We played in my room with lots of different toys. I sure wanted to go play basketball with George but I can't until after my doctor's appointment and then only if I was very good all day. One of my fire stations fell onto the floor and came apart. Barbara sent time reading the instructions to get it back together.
Who knows what I was thinking when Barbara snapped this picture of me sitting partially in the washing machine!
I watched Emergency and half of The Wizard of Oz before I had to take a bath. I could have chosen a shower but I chose bath. Right before we were leaving for my appointment, George and Jackson came down to see if I could play. They came in and Jackson put a couple pieces into our jigsaw puzzle. I told them I would tell them all about my wart removal when I got back.
Traditional picture of me in doctor's waiting room. My doctor's appointment was scheduled for 2:10pm. The doctor apologized for the delay when he walked in at 3pm. This was the second time I have seen Dr. Muehe (Pronounced Mew - e).
He checked all my head parts, my heart, lungs, spine, penis, and my legs. He hit my knee with a hammer. I passed everything with flying colors.
Without shoes I weigh 45 pounds 3 ounces (52 percentile). My height is 3 feet 10 1/4 inches (73 percentile) so I am tall and lean. My BMI is 14.85 My blood pressure was 99/74. My temperature was 97.2 degrees. I am in perfect shape.
They tested my hearing and my eyes.
Dr. Muehe used liquid nitrogen to freeze my wart. He said it would hurt some while he did the freezing. It took less than two minutes.
It did hurt but I was a trooper and barely made any sound. He said I took it better than most teenagers would. I will get a blister and in a few days it will get better. My part is to not pick at it. Wearing a bandage will help me not pick at it.
We stopped at Walmart because we needed bread and grits. We also got another box of brownie mix and also some banana nut muffin mix. Barbara and GGM always make these things from scratch so this a quick treat for them to not have to really bake.
