I woke up happy and wanting to get to school to give Mrs. Meredith her gift.
It was a lip balm. The tag said "You're the Balm." Mrs. Meredith said it was "Awesome!" I was happy.
Behavior = Red = Outstanding
First thing I did when I got home was snack on a Fiber One snack GGM makes. I played with Alyssa and Cole. I wanted to go to Cole's baseball practice but Barbara said I couldn't because I had swim team practice. Then she figured out a way I could go for part of it. I ran upstairs to change into my swim suit. Then we grabbed my water bottle and Swim Team bag (it's my old Fins swim bag). Then we drove to Metzler playground to watch for 20 minutes before we had to leave for swimming.
Alyssa and I watched Cole's team practice a little, then we played on the playground.
Mommy was working late, so Barbara took me to swim team practice. I remember now my instructor was named Austin. But today I had a different instructor. His name was Foster. After swimming a couple of laps, (not doing very well), two instructors decided to have their two kids race. Boy, what a difference. I swam half the length of the pool barely stopping and then we both slowed down a lot. But I did manage to finish before the girl. Next we raced doing the backstroke. She won that race easily. Another child joined us for the last race, using kick-boards. I won that race also. Oh, what fun.
When I got out of the pool I was shivering but I didn't want to go straight home. I wanted to play on the playground for ten minutes.
Back home I read my easy reader, then I played with Alyssa and Cole until 7:45pm. I came in ate a bite and did some homework and listened to Barbara read to me. I had ten minutes to play on the iPad before I had to go to bed. I was asleep before 9pm.
I kept hearing something outside. Barbara could not hear it. Finally I told her it sounded like a beep going slowly down the street. Barbara realized it was a mosquitoes truck. She explained how they spray something that kills mosquitoes.
