My gift to Mrs. Meredith today was a can with crayons clued around the edge with a pretty pow wrapped around it, to be used as a pencil holder. Mrs. Meredith liked it and said, "Thank you, Mason." I am the only child giving Mrs. Meredith a little gift every day this week of Teacher Appreciation.
Behavior = Yellow = Good Day.
I was happy to see Mimz waiting with the others when I jumped off the bus. Of course, I was glad to see Baby Girl waiting for me too.
Mimz asked GGM how to make the Fiber One snack she makes: no recipe or amounts, just softened 4 pieces of Almond Bark in the microwave, add a handful of oatmeal, a handful of sliced almonds, and a handful of Fiber One. Add more or less of each of these. The spread it out on waxed paper to cool. Finish up the entire package of almond bark, doing 4 pieces at a time. Break into pieces. This can be frozen.
Mimz took me to soccer practice.
I received my progress report today. Two E+ in Social Studies and Math, E's in Science and Language and Communication, and a N in reading, meaning I need to read more to get up to grade level.
Papa and Grandma had some excitement this morning. Around 7:30am they heard a crash. They ran outside to find a car had crashed into their mailbox. A neighbor girl had driven her little sister to school. She was returning home and possibly she fell asleep and hit the mailbox. She was not hurt. The mailbox as totaled!
