First thing I asked when I was dressed was for Mommy to pin my sheriff's badge on my shirt.  I think I have worn it every day since Mr. Mark gave it to me.  Next thing I asked was could I go see if Alyssa and Anthony could play.  I had to eat breakfast and brush my teeth first.

As it turns out, they have VBS this week, so at 1pm they can play.

I called Mimz to tell her I was going to the library and to wish her a good vacation. 

 GGF, Barbara, and I drove to the Tomball public library.  We had to wait on a train.  We counted the number of cars: 115.  A very long train.

We picked out nine books for me to read.  They were about soccer, baseball, pilots, practical jokes, vehicles, and two story books.

I earned a sticker for being a good boy in the library.  I asked a couple of questions of the librarian and I helped check out the books.  

In case I haven't said, I am trying to earn 100 stickers this summer.  I get stickers if Barbara, or any adult is very pleased with some action on my part.  In one week, I earned 13 stickers.  I will get a great reward after I earn 100 stickers.  An example: Last week at camp, I ran up to my leader, waited until she finished talking to an adult, then I asked her  my question.  She and the other mother, talked about my courteous behavior after I ran off.  True, I don't always notice adults are talking before I speak, but this time I did.

I put the stickers on my Newspaper journal spiral.  I look at the newspaper and find some things of interest to me and cut them out.

I showed GGM my books.  She wanted to know who I was going to pull a practical joke on since one of the books was about practical jokes.  I just laughed.

While Barbara was fixing my lunch, I fell asleep on GGM's bed for over an hour.  All the swimming I am doing and heat must be making me sleepy.

GGF's Father's Day gift arrived today in a box that weighs 84 pounds.  It is an outdoor swing that Andy and/or Papa will have to assemble.  I will help them or maybe I can be in-charge and they will help me.

After lunch I played at Anthony's for a hour, then we came back to my home and I discovered Barbara was asleep, so we played quietly in my room.  We played with building sets.  Barbara was so surprised we were being so quiet, that I earned another sticker when we cleaned up and put away my toys.

I swam in Alyssa's pool with Anthony, Alyssa, and their dad who watched us.  Also their big black dog, Zeus was there.  Barbara came to check on me as she often does.   First thing she does is close the gate between her and Zeus.  He is a very gentle dog, but has a huge bark and looks like he could bite your head off.

Mommy let me go on a bike ride around the block since there were six kids going and the oldest was 15 years old.    Oh, I just found out Maddie, Nicole's daughter, is here for the summer.  She is 13 and she likes me.
