I slept until 8:30m. Swim practice started at 9am, so I had to gobble down my breakfast and jump into my jammers. GGF and Barbara took me to my practice. Jen, a cute teenager, was my coach today and she did a great job. She worked on helping me improve my arm strokes on my free style and she helped me lift my chin and point my belly button to the sky on my backstroke. Barbara thanked her for do a good job working with me today.
Barbara, Mimz, and I went to Splash Town to get our picture taken and to get our season passes. We also got our mugs that we can fill with a drink each time we come. We went to Chic-fil-a for lunch. I played on the playground while they visited. I found some children to play with. I always find someone to play with me.
Back home, I played with Anthony and Alyssa until time for me to go leave for boy scout camp.
Boy, it was hot at camp today but it was a great fun. The first thing that happened thrilled me.
The Tigers were the color guard today and I was chosen to carry the American flag. I did a great job!
After the opening ceremony my group went to the Trebuchet. Or many people call it a catapult. This was the most fun thing we have done so far. It really worked and it flung a soccer ball about 100 feet away. My first job was to be a ball retriever. The instructor told me not to catch the ball until it had bounced once otherwise it could hurt me. I retrieved three balls then I went to take a turn pulling the safely off, then I had two turns setting off the trebuchet. It had a bucket with 150 pounds of concrete in it and boy did it fling that ball fast and hard. All four of us Tigers really enjoyed this activity.
We made a small catapult out of craft sticks, a rubber band, and a bottle cap. We used mini marshmallows as our "ammo." They worked really well and that was fun also.
We made paper airplanes.
A lady brought an alpaca to camp. We all got to watch it and even pet it.
I spend the night at Mimz home.
