Happy 68th Birthday, Mimz!

I woke up around 7:30 so ready to start my day.  I ate two bowls Fiber One cereal with milk and a piece of sausage.   I put on my swim team jammers and then I had to wait for 9am.   GGM said, "They're back."  She said she and GGF enjoyed their week of quite time.  She also said the house stayed clean and picked up with little effort on her part.  But she loves us and likes having us around too.

GGM watched me at my swim practice from 9a to 9:45.  Kristan and Anna Kate came to pick us up.  Barbara had taken GGF to a doctor's appointment.  We took GGM to her home, then Kristan took me to her home.  We dressed Anna Kate in her bathing suit and we got in their swimming pool.  I was on my very best behavior.  We had a grilled cheese sandwich for lunch.  Andy came home around noon because he was not feeling good.  A few minutes later Barbara and GGF arrived to take me home.  Anna Kate was so very happy with so many people around.  She was running everywhere, squealing and laughing.  Barbara would ask her how she was feeling and she would say, "Happy."  Barbara taught her that.

At my house, I just could not wait to go take my little gifts to Alyssa and Anthony.

I gave Alyssa a cute colorful bracelet made up of Mickey Mouse heads with his ears.  I chose a hand sanitizer key chain for Anthony and me.  I wore mine on my belt loop.  Mr. Mark was going to take us to the park, but instead we went to the dog groomers.   Alyssa and I both have fans with water bottles attached to them and we carried those with us to keep cool.  Zeus, Alyssa's family dog, got a hair cut and got his teeth cleaned.  Then Mr. Mark took us to Bahama Bucks.

Barbara and I met Mimz at Sprouts around 4pm.  I planned to help Mimz gets snacks ready for her company.  The Yorks, the Finches, and Kay Ross were coming to her home before going to the Outback to celebrate Mimz' birthday.

Daddy picked me up after he got off work.
