I heard that Grammie has pneumonia and is in the hospital in Chattanooga, Tennessee. I hope she get better very soon.
Today is Columbus Day and a school holiday for students. Teachers have to work, so today is Aunt Kristan's first day back being a teacher. She is so going to miss being with Anna Kate during the day.
I sent the night with Mimz and we got up and as soon as we could we headed out to ride bikes.
I fell but the only injury I had was a barely skinned palm.
Around 10am, GGM and Barbara came over to Mimz to get me. They were visiting when it started to rain, but as soon as the rain let up, we got in the car and headed to Sam's Club. I was a good shopping helper. We had just gotten back in the car, when the rain started and it was a doozie. I have never seen so much rain and we went through some huge puddles and caused the water to spray up higher than the car windows. That was fun! Like being on a water ride at an amusement park.
My eye is better today.
Because I had a good boy, we stopped at McDonald's and bought me a Happy Meal. That was only the third time in my entire life that Barbara has taken me to McDonald's. I don't eat out very often with her.
After eating my happy meal and a little leftover spaghetti we started playing Car Town. Something changed my mood and I was "sour" acting the rest of the afternoon. Nobody was happy.
And mostly I had to play by myself. One time when I was playing by myself, I played with my soldiers. I did lay down to watch Chips and I fell asleep for about an hour.
I rode my bike on our dead end street. I kept asking when Mommy was coming to get me. I so wanted to get home to ride my new police car. That is probably what caused me to have a bad attitude.
We were surprised to find out ball practice had not been called off.
Barbara took me home to get my ball gear for practice and stayed for
practice, and took me home at 7:30.
Here I am in the field. I don't know why I am sitting down, instead of being ready to get the ball if it came my way. While at practice, I stepped on an ant hill. I had dozens of ants on me. A coach, Barbara, and a mother were swiping all over my legs to get them off of me. I had many bites on my ankles and my hands, but luckily I did not have an allergic reaction to them.
Daddy had spend a lot of time putting my police car together, but it is finally ready. I was so happy but it was dark so I just rode it for a short time before I went in for a bath and bed..
