It was 49 degrees outside and I still wanted to wear shorts to school. I didn't win that battle. I didn't want to wear a jacket, but I took one in my backpack. I was out at the bus stop for about a minute before I put on my jacket. Cole changed his mind also and wanted a hoodie because the adults were right about it being cold enough to wear winter clothes.
Mrs. Cat had my little Christmas tree lit when the children all arrived to my classroom. That really made me feel good.
Mrs. Cat send this thank you note home for me to share with GGM.
I played outdoors after school even though it was cold. I didn't care.
Mommy and I were talking about school tomorrow and I kept insisting I wanted to wear shorts tomorrow. She said no. I cried. I don't think it will do me any good. It is going to be 35 degrees outside at 8am in the morning.
I read all four of Mrs. Cat's books again. I did my homework and prcticed my spelling words.
Bradley came home from the hospital.
Look how tiny he looks in his crib. He is doing just fine and so is his mommy. Anna Kate has a cold so Kristan's parents took Anna Kate to their home and will return with her on Monday if she is well. They don't have any pictures Anna Kate and Bradley together because they have tried to keep her away from the baby. She likes him and called him baby. It will be so much fun for them when they can all cuddle together as a family.
We have some new pictures of Anna Kate:
Brushing her teeth.
Playing with my basketball.
Dancing with a bucket on her head.
Again playing with my basketball.
Big sister waiting for her brother to come home. Wearing Barbara's big shoes.
