It was another cold morning.  This is the coldest day we will have for the next week, but it could rain on several days.  I think I ate two bowls of oatmeal this morning, that as twice as much as I usually do.  I was cold so asked Barbara if I could eat breakfast in bed.  She obliged.

We peeled another orange and had another orange peel fight before putting them down the garbage disposal. It always makes me laugh to play with food like that.

Anthony and Alyssa will probably be going to camp most days this Christmas break.  Cole must be staying up very late because he slept until 10:30am.   That means Barbara had to play with me which is is glad to do.  She really prefers me playing with her and GGM to my playing with my friends because she can teach me new things and she doesn't have to worry about somebody getting hurt during our rough play.
Recently we found the tub of  plastic shapes that are educational.  We don't know what they are called but we played with them.  Mimz had given us some pictures of things that had been made with those shapes.  My job was to copy the pictures.  I made a wagon, car, and flower.  I was then ready to quit.  It was not really easy.  I need practice, lots of practice.
Next we played a paper and pencil game.  It is an old game that involves a page of dots in rows and columns.  We took turns drawing a line from one dot to another.  The object of the game was to be the person who closed up a square by adding the last side and putting your initial in the square.  I ended up with 25 squares.  Barbara had 14.

By that time, I just had to go outside to play.  Colton and Caden, brothers who live two doors down from Brad, came over and we played football and soccer.  Barbara would not let me have more than one child in the house at a time so we had to play outside.  Two children can stay quiet, three children just cant help but get loud.  The older people in my house are bothered by too much kid noise.

We bought a Papa Murphy's pizza for lunch.  GGM always enjoys that... no cooking or clean up required.

I played with Cole and his 13-year-old girl cousin most of the late afternoon.  I came inside at 6pm.  It was pretty dark already.

We watched a college bowl game on TV and I fell asleep by my normal bedtime.
