Papa woke me up at 8am. I was sleeping on his living room couch and he was ready to start fixing some bisciuts. Mommy was asleep on the other end of that big couch but she didn't wake up. It wasn't long before she was awake as was Grandma and Barbara.
As soon as I ate, I had to go outside and help Papa do a couple of chores. It was so cold, but fun since we were not out there very long.
Mommy and Barbara was finishing wrapping a few gifts and I helped a little. All the decorating was done and Grandma was was putting things away. Grandma, Mommy, and I played catch. Barbara didn't want to join in. She thought, since we were playing inside, she might throw the ball and break something.
Before noon we had the car packed and we all were driving to the new house in Willis. It is coming right along. The cabinets are in place and the countrer tops are being installed now. I guess next will be painting, floors, appliances and fixtures. I think there are a couple weeks ahead of schedule.
Before I got home, my friends had knocked on the door three times asking if I was home. GGM kept saying not yet. I was home around 1 or 2pm and I jumped out of the car and heading out to play. I know I should have helped empty the car, but I really needed to play. Five of us boys played football in my backyard. Oh, what fun!
Around 5pm, Anthony and I came inside my house and we played for at least an hour. It is okay for me to have one friend in the house at a time. Two of us can play quietly. Three children can not.
Mommy and I drove over to Daddy's to watch the Dallas football game.
