While Mommy and I were gone, GGM, GGF, and Barbara decorated for Chritmas. They put out their seven small lite Christmas trees that they made al least ten years ago. They are made out of six wire coat hangers, a strand of garland and a string of lights. I told GGM I liked them and they were pretty.
Around 3pm Mommy decided to go to the lake to scrapebook with Grandma and her friends. I could have gone but I preferred to stay home and play with my friends. We played outside even though it was rainy and cold.
We played a lot of basketball and some football and some soccer. We came into the garage to play when it got dark.
We played some made up games with my small basketball.
Barbara fixed us some Ramen noodles. Everybody went home around 6pm.
I took a bath and sang the Nifty Fifty United States
song. Barbara recorded it and sent it to my mom and to Mimz. After I
was dry, powered, and had on my pj's, we went downstairs to visit with
GGM and GGF. I sang the Nifty Fifty United States song.
I worked on their jigsaw puzzle for a bit.
I helped Barbara fill GGF's pill boxes. I have been earning a lot of
Cherrios today. Guess what? I can't open child-proff lids on
perscription bottles. That is a good thing.
I wondered when the Elf on the Shelf would come. I looked for him.
Barbara had no idea when he would show up. I'll have to keep looking
for him. I think he should be here soon.
I remembered
the advent calendar my church school gave to me. It was on the
refrigerator. I have opened the first three doors. I'll open one door
each day until Christmas.
Upstairs we sat on Barbara's bed watching football and watching funny videos on the iPad. I fell asleep around 10pm.
