I found Charlie, my Elf on the Shelf, sitting on top of a lamp.  While I was eating breakfast, we heard something fall... it was Charlie!  Oh, no, what to do!  We knew we could not touch him... so Barbara used a pair of tongs to put him back on top of the lamp.  Everything was okay again.

I was still very pleased with the toy blower Mr. Brad and Nicole gave to me.  I wanted to take it in the car on our trip to school.  I knew it would not go into school with me, but it would be there when I got back in the car.   We are going to keep our ears and eye open listening and looking for Mr. Brad to be mowing and blowing his yard, so we can join him.  I will use my new blower and Barbara will use my old "wet vac tube" blower.  I will be so happy.  (We will join him, but will be doing it from a distance in the safety of my own yard.)

I went to school happily.  Miss Melanie said she sure had missed me.  I had fun at school, but did not share much information when asked what I did at school today.  From school Barbara drove us straight to get her haircut.  I had a book, Monk Monk, a sippie, and a snack to entertain me, but mostly I stood watching or I roamed around looking at everything.  I got to pay Dee Dee and wish her a Merry Christmas.

I would sit and watch Fireman Sam on the iPad all day if I were allowed to.  Barbara came up with a rule: Watch one Fireman Sam episode, then read a book, or play something either inside or outside.

Mommy and I played outside with Nicole and Luke.  Mr. Brad and Nicole gave Mommy and Barbara a couple of movie coupons.  Barbara won't use hers, so Mommy and Nicole will go see a movie sometime.
