I woke up constipated. Oh, joy. But it didn't keep me from looking for Charlie. I found him sticking out of Mommy's coat pocket, so Mommy can't wear that coat today. As each person woke up they all looked for Charlie.
It took me all day to have a BM but I enjoyed the day anyway. I rode up to the lake with GGM and GGF and Barbara because Mommy was getting her haircut and had a couple of errands to run. I fell asleep while we drove. I woke up just in time to hear Barbara say she would try to carry me in without waking me up. I said, "You don't have to carry me, I am awake." Oh, she was pleased because I am almost too heavy for her to carry me very far.
First thing I did at the lake was admire the Christmas decorations and the two trees. Oh, I found a tree on the staircase landing which is my own little tree. I found several presents with my name on them. I sort of knew I was to wait to open them, but I really did not want to wait.
I wanted to wear my new suspenders. Daddy says I look like a little chocolate chip cookie, good enough to gobble up....
We put on my fireman's gloves to go exploring outside GGF John and Barbara. Papa was glad to see I was wearing sneakers, which he says are much better from working and playing around the lake. We blew bubbles outside, but the wind was blowing so much it made it hard for me to catch the bubbles. Today would have been a perfect day to fly a kite. I asked Santa for a kite.
PaPa got a couple of boxes from the post office which were presents from Tennessee. I helped put those presents under the Christmas tree.
I got to open a birthday gift from Great Aunt Lisa and her family. It was some mokinect (find out the correct name) magnetic pieces that makes different shapes, like balls and cars. Looks like I will have lots of fun building with it.
I helped wrapped the last few presents and put them under the tree.
Every year Grandma gives each of her children a tub filled with cleaning supplies, tolitries, baggies, kitchen stuff, etc. and I got to help distribute all the goodies into each tub. Grandma buys it throughout the year when she sees things on sale.
Barbara and I played again at blowing bubbles outside. I helped GGM and Barbara make a couple of pies. I did not ask to watch the iPad until evening time. There was just too much going on to think about watching shows.
Mommy bought me some Mac and Cheese. I ate the entire bowl and would have wanted more but there were other things to eat also.
After the last presents were put under the tree and the kitchen was cleaned up, GGF, GGM, and Barbara drove back to my home to spend the night. They will drive back in the morning. Bridget and Chris drove here from San Antonio after they got off work. I was awake when they arrived but fell asleep soon after.
