First thing I said when I woke up:  "Today is PJ day at school!"  I had picked out some super hero PJs to wear for the event.  But when I put them on, they were pretty short in the sleeve and in leg length, even though they were a size 5T.  They had been washed many time and must have shrunk and we had not noticed until this morning.
So we made a quick call to Mimz to see if she had a bigger pair I could wear.  She put them on the porch because she had to leave for her volunteer job at the hospital.  I went up to the porch to get them.  I changed in the car.
She didn't find my fireman PJs but she found my Cars PJs and they fit much better.
I would not eat breakfast.  Mommy and Barbara could not convince me.  I knew I would get hungry, but I still said no.  I may regret it, but I went to school without breakfast.  Both of my teachers wore PJs and all my friends did too except Sammy.  He forgot.  We rode on a pretend Polar Express train, we made cookies, and we drank "coffee"

At home we played doctor and performed surgery.
I brought home a reindeer sleigh bell and Anna Kate liked looking at and listening to it.
Barbara and I made some slime using Elmer's white glue, Borax, water, and food coloring.  We decided I should take off my nice pj's since we didn't want me to get stains on them.
It was so much fun to make and to play with.
A funny thing.  Barbara doesn't have much for me to wear at her house.  We only managed to find one pair of pants and there were way to short for me.  We had a better selection of shirts but I chose to wear this silly shirt.  I was okay with my outfit.  I showed Mommy the slime when she picked me up and I took a big wad of it home to show Daddy.

After Brad arrived home I asked if we could go for a bike ride.  He said we could later, but first he had to help set up for his mother's 80th birthday party.  When it was time for the party, they had the back door open and I went over and was peering through the fence.  When they saw me, Nicole came and opened the gate and I was invited to the party.  Pearl opened her presents and we sang Happy Birthday.
I brought home a headband that said Happy Birthday.
We let Anna Kate wear it too.  She didn't complain at all.  I would not allow anything on my head or face until I was at least a year old, maybe even older than that.

Then Brad was ready to go on a bike ride with me.  That has to be my favorite part of the day.
Since it was so nice outside, we decided to take Anna Kate for a stroller ride.   Barbara had to spend a few minutes figuring out how to open the stroller, how to take off the brakes, and how to lay the back back, since AK can't sit up.  But finally we were ready and Anne Kate loved it.
We stopped to admire some nativity scenes in the neighborhood.
 I studied the scenes closely.
I rode my bike while GGM pushed Anna Kate's stroller, my old stroller.

Anna Kate was outside for over and hour and was very content.

It was a very Happy day.  No Time Outs.  "Santa Claus is coming to town."
