The label that was on my toothbrush holder was missing, so Grandma made me a new one and I stuck it on.

Barbara brought my little bike and my scooter to Grandma's.  We will leave them here so I will have them to play with here.  So we were slow about getting started on Christmas decorations this morning.
When Mommy got here, she wanted me to get something out of her car.... I could have opened the car door, but climbing in through the window was more fun.  We went inside to start looking through boxes for ornaments and other decorations.  We had planned to have two small trees for Anna Kate and for me, but that plan changed.....

I got in trouble for crying and whining non stop about wanting to open a Christmas present.  Finally I was told I was going to Time Out.  I said, no and I ran outside and down the street.  Mommy ran after me, but of course she couldn't catch me.  She was scared and couldn't catch me so she got in her car and drove after me.  She got me in the car and back home....
but I escaped and ran into the large empty lot next door.  Mommy didn't chase me, but she did hide and watch me.  After about 15 minutes, I came home.  Oh, she had called Daddy and Daddy talked to me on the phone.  I knew I was in big trouble.  I did go to Time Out.   Mommy was still upset that I ran away, like that.  Barbara suggested that when I don't go to Time Out easily, some toy could be taken away from me for a week: my bike, or motorcycle, Nerf Gun, or no Chips TV show, or something like that.

I cried when it was time to go home, because I knew Daddy was at the end of the drive.  I slept most of the drive, waking up just before we got home and I started crying again.  Daddy didn't spank me, only because it had been a couple hours since my major infraction.  But he did talk to me and laid down the law.  I was grounded... meaning I could not play with my neighbor friends or ride my bike.  I hope I listen and remember that there are penalties for misbehaving.
Bridget has been training to run a half marathon and today was the big day.  Chris B took this picture of her before the race....
...and this picture after the race.  Great job, Aunt B!  She said the first 12 1/2 miles were easy, the last half mile she had no energy left, but she kept on running and made it past the finish line in 2 hours, 9 minutes, and 58 seconds finishing the 13 mile run.
