PaPa flew into Houston Intercontinental Airport today and Grandma picked him up. I'm so glad he is home. I need to find out when I can go spend a day with him.
Mommy drove me to Mimz home and Mimz got me to school. I was happy and we had a great morning playing with old Christmas ornaments before going to school. I wanted to wear a new pair of jeans that Mimz bought for rodeo time and Mimz let me. They are a bit long but I love them.
Mimz showed me pictures of a bobcat and...
...a deer that were capture with the night cameras that are posted in her neighborhood park. We also have a coyote. How fun to know there are wild animals near by when we are at the park, but they don't come out when people are around.
When Daddy and Uncle Scott were boys, over the years their Great Aunt Catherine gave them Hallmark ornaments. These are a few of them. There are football, baseball, basketball, and hockey players. And there are NASCAR, Ali, Arnold Palmer and more.
This Dale Earnhardt ornament was my dad's favorite. I love them and have spent hours playing with them. I don't want to put them on my tree yet. I told Barbara her ornaments are "boring." They just don't compare to these great ornaments.
I hit my chin pretty hard on Mimz' granite counter top. I didn't want to cry but I had to. I had Mimz hold me for a long time so you know it must have really hurt. I told Mimz I almost broke my bone chin.
Mimz recorded a cartoon version of Yes Virginia, There is a Santa Claus and we watched it today.
