Mommy took me over to Barbara's early enough for me to look at Anna Kate and see that she was sound asleep and was not going to laugh at my antics. I put two ornaments on my advent calendar. And Barbara found a new 2014 calendar for me to mark the days off until Christmas, so I made lots of X's starting before Thanksgiving. I had two bran muffins for breakfast, washed my face and brushed my teeth, then it was off to school for me. I had on gloves when I went into school and I was a very happy boy.
GGF was with Barbara when she picked me up and we stopped at Panda Express to get GGF his favorite dishes. I love the orange chicken. It has just the right amount of spice for me.
I helped feed Anna Kate for about two minutes, then I was ready to get up and play. Barbara and I played football and baseball. She was the quarterback and I was a running back. I would ran out for a pass and believe it or not, I caught it 9 times and scored 9 touchdowns. I had my hands on lots of passes but couldn't hang on to them. Then we changed up the game and we both were trying to get the ball from the other runner and whoever had the ball when we got to the fence was the one who scored. Barbara was a Cowboy, I was a Bengal.
Playing baseball Barbara hit maybe 50 balls to me and I actually caught two fly balls. I came close to catching many more. It just takes lots of practice.
Brad had to go to the bike shop in the Woodlands to get his bike and I wanted to go with him. Barbara said no, so I was pretty upset with her, but I got over it.
I was happy all day, except when I couldn't go with Brad to get his bike. This was a very good day.
Anna Kate held her own bottle for a couple of minutes today. She didn't really know what she was doing. It will be a couple more months before she can REALLY do that.
